| In recent years,profit maximization has gradually become the golden rule for enterprises to make decisions,which leads to the enterprises have forgotten the original intention of serving the society,and even run contrary to it.The occurrence of many negative events in domestic and foreign enterprises have alerted government agencies and customers.In order to enable enterprises to operate green and make more contributions to society,Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)has been paid more attention.At the same time,global climate change has brought unprecedented challenges to global ecological security,and the main reason of climate change is the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere,so,how to curb carbon emissions is an issue that cannot be ignored at present.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to consider CSR and government carbon emission reduction policies in supply chain management for protection of ecological environment and growth of corporate benefit.CSR has become an important index to measure the performance of enterprises and evaluate enterprises.This paper focuses on a two-level supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer to explores the influence of different enterprises undertaking corporate social responsibility on low carbon supply chain.The Stackelberg game theory is used to analyze the influence of the three different modes of undertaking responsibility on low-carbon supply chain,namely,analyze the influence on low-carbon supply chain when the CSR undertaken by retailer or manufacturer,and the influence on supply chain when the CSR sharing between retailer and manufacturer.Further,making suggestions for the government to formulate carbon tax policy and to improve the efficiency of management and decision-making for enterprises through this research.The results show that it is beneficial for manufacturers or retailers to increase their profits or benefits when another enterprise take social responsibility alone in the low-carbon supply chain.The enterprise who undertake social responsibility will lose part of the profit,and the value of the loss is related to its concerns of social responsibility.The total consumer surplus in society always increases with the increase of CSR.Actively taking social responsibility on the part of both retailer and manufacturer can promote manufacturers to reduce carbon emissions.In the case that manufacturer and retailer sharing social responsibilities,the proportion of social responsibility sharing has influence on corporate benefits and profits.The conclusion shows that the higher the proportion of manufacturer’s social responsibility,the lower the benefits of the two enterprises.Within the factor of technology for carbon emissions reduction in a specific range,the profit of manufacturer and retailer will increase with the increase by proportion of manufacturers’ responsibilities.Under the three models,the manufacturer’s initial carbon emission is an important determinant of how the manufacturer responds to the carbon tax policy. |
