"Cooperation Between Government And Social Organizations" In China’s Rural Ecological Environment Governance Dilemma And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of our country’s economy,especially with the construction of a new countryside,the rapid development of our country’s rural economy,the lifestyle of farmers has changed,and the quality of life has improved.However,China’s rural areas place too much emphasis on economic development.Due to the negligence of environmental governance and protection,rural ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly serious.Ecological environment is the basic premise of economic and social development,which is related to human survival and healthy development.In the face of increasingly severe and complex rural ecological environment problems,we have to pay attention.At present,the current situation of China’s rural ecological environment and governance is not optimistic,environmental governance issues are becoming more complex,resource destruction and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious,and the traditional government-led governance model is inefficient.In the field of ecological environment governance,social organizations have played a very important role in resolving government failure and market failure.However,due to the influence of the traditional governance model of the government,there have been many problems in the cooperation between the government and social organizations.,Seriously restricting rural development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the predicament of "government-social organizations cooperation" and its countermeasures in the governance of rural ecological environment in China.Based on the dilemma of cooperation between the government and social organizations in the governance of rural ecological environment in China,this study is based on the sustainable development theory,polycentric governance theory,and cooperative governance theory to try to solve the subject status of the "government-social organization cooperation" governance in rural ecological environment.The problems of inequality,insufficient cooperation motivation,unclear power-responsibility relations,and uneven power have been proposed.By building a basic platform,cultivating cooperation concepts,improving related mechanisms and improving the external environment,the government and social organizations can maximize their synergy and accelerate the promotion of ecological civilization.Construction to solve China’s rural ecological and environmental problems.
