Study On Rural Waste Classification Under The Background Of Rural Governance

Waste classification is closely related to the sanitation of human settlements,relates to the sustainable use of natural resources,and is also an important reflection of social progress.At present,the whole country is carrying out vigorous garbage classification work,garbage classification is becoming a new fashion.However,in the vast countryside of our country,the work of garbage classification has just started,and there is still a big gap between it and the urban area,and there are some weak links.With the comprehensive implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,rural governance has been placed in an increasingly important position and paid attention to by everyone.Garbage classification as an important part of rural governance,its importance is self-evident.On the basis of rural governance,this paper takes "co-construction,co-governance and sharing" as the theoretical basis,which is the core concept of rural governance,and makes a detailed analysis in combination with rural waste classification.Through the combination of historical document method,questionnaire method,in-depth interview method and other methods,this paper analyzes the problem from the two perspectives of administrative personnel and ordinary villagers.At the present stage,there are three problems in China’s rural garbage classification.First,there is a lack of financial support,and there is no source for garbage classification.Second,the lack of legal system,rigid provisions and strong constraints are less;Third,rural garbage classification knowledge is not enough to popularize,the overall awareness has not been promoted.Through the comparison of foreign and domestic advanced experience,and through the Shibi Town rural garbage classification work effect analysis,we get the following enlightenment: First,garbage treatment should start from the source,the source of garbage reduction,garbage classification is relatively easy.Second,it is necessary to strengthen the introduction of relevant laws and regulations on garbage classification to provide legal guarantee for garbage classification and disposal.Third,garbage classification to be refined,can not be rough classification,resulting in the classification effect is not obvious.Fourth,we should strengthen the fund guarantee for garbage classification and form a virtuous cycle of garbage classification through sustainable means.It is believed that under the overall environment and background of rural governance,with the improvement of various garbage classification measures,the problem of rural household garbage classification in China will be basically solved.
