Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Waste Classification Treatment

In recent years,the solid promotion of domestic waste classification throughout the country has left far-reaching significance for better meeting people’s aspirations for a better life,building a new pattern of grassroots governance system and effectively improving the development of social civilization.The primary link and key factor of waste classification and treatment is to carry out domestic waste classification,which can solve the increasingly serious environmental pollution problem.Classifying and treating rural domestic garbage is an important step to improve the rural living environment,an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and an important part of the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy.By classifying rural domestic garbage,collecting and treating it in a separate manner,the waste will be turned into treasure through resourcefulness,reduction and harmless treatment,and finally three benefits will be realized,namely: economic,social and ecological benefits.However,we should also see that the overall level of rural household waste classification and treatment in China is still not high,and there are still many difficulties and problems in promoting farmers to develop the habit of waste classification,accelerating the construction of waste classification facilities and improving the policy system of waste classification.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural household waste classification and treatment in ZL Township of LD City through questionnaire survey and field visits,and uses collaborative governance theory and data and professional means to sort out the main problems in rural household waste classification and treatment in ZL Township of LD City,which are mainly reflected in the lack of institutional protection,inadequate financial investment,weak awareness of farmers in classification,lax supervision and assessment methods,and poor publicity and education guidance.The main problems are the lack of institutional guarantee,insufficient financial investment,weak awareness of farmers,lack of strict supervision and assessment,and lack of in-depth education and guidance.We put forward several reasons why it is difficult to see the effectiveness of rural household waste classification and treatment in ZL township of LD city: the lack of government operation mode of collaborative governance,the lack of financial support and infrastructure for waste classification,and the lack of innovative ways of publicity and education,and put forward some targeted suggestions for the implementation and promotion of rural household waste classification and treatment,from strengthening organizational guarantee,establishing sound laws and regulations;implementing financial guarantee,improving We propose to enhance the level of rural household garbage classification and treatment in LD City ZL Township by strengthening the organization,establishing sound laws and regulations,implementing financial guarantee,improving the supporting facilities for garbage,strengthening supervision and inspection,improving the level of supervision and management,innovating ways and means,increasing the publicity and mobilization,strengthening the collaborative governance,promoting the participation of all people in the common governance,insisting on multiple measures and establishing a long-term operation mechanism,etc.Among them,the governance mode of government-led and collaborative participation of multiple subjects is an inevitable trend.Strengthening collaborative governance can effectively improve the government-led governance model,significantly reduce the amount of rural domestic waste generated,effectively improve the level of rural habitat environment,and comprehensively promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy and rural revitalization strategy in rural areas.
