Design And Research On Fire Protection Of Shopping Malls Based On Performance Theory

With the development of economy and the rapid growth of urban population,a large number of large-scale commercial complexes with complex functions have emerged in China.In recent years,China has set off a new round of urban construction climax,and large-scale and high-end commercial complexes have emerged in China.Its architectural form has broken the traditional commercial building mode,from the original single format to a large-scale comprehensive commercial place with multiple functions.The large-scale commercial complex not only provides people with convenient,fast,beautiful and comfortable shopping environment,but also improves the commercial image of the whole city and promotes the economic development of the surrounding areas,which has become a new bright spot of urban development.Due to the long time of revision of the codes related to fire protection design in China,the current codes have been unable to keep pace with the pace of building development.Therefore,it is inevitable that the fire protection design in China can not meet the needs of the development of modern buildings.Large commercial complex is a new type of commercial building developed in China in recent years.Compared with traditional commercial buildings,its architectural design concept is more novel and its volume is larger If the design is still carried out according to the current national standards,it will inevitably lead to the disharmony of the overall effect of the building.The research topic of this paper is the fire protection design of shopping malls based on performance-based theory.Firstly,this paper collects and analyzes a large number of relevant references,summarizes the necessity of performance-based fire-fighting design in shopping malls,as well as the application status of performance-based fire-fighting design at home and abroad,and describes the research background and significance of the paper.Then,it analyzes the performance-based theory and the characteristics of fire-fighting in shopping malls,focusing on the characteristics,basic steps and framework of fire-fighting performance-based design,and points out that the characteristics of fire-fighting in shopping malls are embodied in the characteristics of building fire danger,evacuation characteristics and psychological characteristics of evacuation personnel.Finally,this paper carried out a performance-based fire protection design for a shopping mall.After understanding the basic situation and fire protection design content of the shopping mall,we got the difficulties in the fire protection design of the project,determined the fire scene design,smoke control design,personnel evacuation design,and determined the final implementation scheme of fire protection design.On the basis of performance-based theory,the fire protection design of the shopping mall is evaluated.According to the corresponding safety evaluation basis,the evaluation results are obtained.
