Study On Ecological Environment Problems In Urban Water Transmission And Distribution Network Project

At present,with the continuous improvement of environmental protection awareness,the engineering project can not only be limited to the quality of the project itself,but also must consider the great impact of the project on the surrounding ecological environment.In consideration of the new environmental protection project,we must add the corresponding environmental protection concept into the people’s mind.In view of the new changes in engineering environment,there is not a lot of in-depth research.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct in-depth study on the direction of environmental management of engineering projects,so as to meet the requirements of the new environmental protection situation.This paper first borrows a large number of domestic and foreign engineering projects,these projects are at the beginning of the design to consider the impact of the project on the local ecological environment.Taking this as the starting point,after on-the-spot investigation,the paper clarifies the research ideas and the framework structure of the article,combines with the construction characteristics of the water transmission and distribution project in S City,formulates the corresponding steps and processes,and puts forward the specific environmental management measures of urban water transmission and distribution pipeline network project under the framework of environmental management through scientific multi environmental assessment measures.In addition,according to the operation mode and characteristics of the project during the use period,as well as the environmental problems involved in the whole project from the design to the final operation are analyzed and studied.The problems involved are closely related to environmental factors,and the analysis and treatment of environmental factors will greatly reduce the occurrence of environmental problems.Therefore,the identification and evaluation of environmental factors as an important research object for analysis and research.Firstly,the pollution sources in environmental factors are analyzed and explained,and their sources are pointed out.In addition,the pollution sources of each process in the construction process are enumerated,and the evaluation index system and weight judgment matrix are established by using scientific evaluation method for the pollution degree of each pollution source,and finally the weight of each environmental factor is obtained.In the evaluation of environmental factors,many environmental factors are fuzzy,it is difficult to measure with accurate figures.According to this characteristic,the fuzzy evaluation method is introduced,and the water transmission and distribution project in s city is taken as a specific evaluation case to evaluate the environmental factors.In order to effectively improve the accuracy of environmental assessment results,this paper proposes the construction of environmental factors identification and evaluation system,from which key environmental factors are screened.In view of the key environmental factors,this paper expounds how to do the corresponding preventive control and specific operation measures.
