Research On Safety Performance Appraisal Of Building Construction Team

In recent years,the construction industry has been in a good state of development,but it is also restricted by a series of problems in the workforce.At the same time,the security situation is still grim and not optimistic.Reasonable safety performance appraisal is not only in line with the trend of workers in construction industry,but also an important prerequisite for safety incentive to play a role.Construction teams are at the forefront of safety accidents,and the safety management of them is the basis of reducing safety accidents.This paper takes the construction team as the research object and social network analysis method as the research tool to establish the safety performance appraisal mechanism of the construction team.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign related studies on safety performance,and sorts out the relevant theories and methods from three aspects of construction team safety performance,performance appraisal theory and comprehensive evaluation method.The importance and innovativeness of the research on safety performance appraisal of construction teams are put forward,and the concepts,theories and methods involved in the research are clarified.Secondly,by combining literature survey and expert interview,a construction team safety performance index system with 15 indicators,including four dimensions,was established.Considering the mutual influence of indicators,social network analysis method was selected and experts were surveyed.the weight of indicators was obtained by analyzing the survey results.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of safety performance.Finally,this paper selects a scaffold construction team as an example,its safety performance level is assessed,and a "good" conclusion is drawn,and the information platform is designed for the safety performance assessment of the construction team.The construction team safety performance appraisal model established in this paper is beneficial to help construction enterprises manage the safety of the construction site,improve the team members’ initiative in safety,and reduce the damage caused by safety accidents.
