Research On Construction Of Law Enforcement Team For Traffic And Transportation Safety Production In Zone H

At present,China’s transport industry safety production situation is grim,transport law enforcement personnel,industry managers,business leaders weak awareness,the foundation of transport safety work is not strong,more security risks,high number of accidents,transport safety production law enforcement work needs to face many challenges and problems.Transportation safety production law enforcement lacks effectiveness and authority,there is no real regional and industry based law enforcement,normal law enforcement means and measures have not really formed,and the overall quality of first-line law enforcement teams does not adapt to the level of social and economic development in the new era.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the capacity building of transportation safety production law enforcement teams,build a firm political,excellent quality,strict discipline,fine style,clean and efficient law enforcement team,ensure industry safety and reduce production safety accidents.This paper introduces the current situation of traffic safety production law enforcement team construction in H area.Through questionnaire survey,interview survey and other methods,it is found that there are a series of problems in the construction process of traffic safety production law enforcement team,such as unreasonable team structure,unstable team status,low professional quality of personnel and low work enthusiasm.It is mainly caused by unreasonable personnel access standards,large work pressure after reform,substandard training and education effects,and poor scientific assessment mechanism.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation,existing problems and causes of the construction of the law enforcement team of traffic and transportation safety in H District,this paper designs an optimization plan that conforms to the construction of the law enforcement team of traffic and transportation safety in H District,fundamentally solves the problems existing in the current team construction,and formulates safeguard measures in terms of ideology,system,investment and publicity.Thus,it can promote the beneficial development of the construction of law enforcement team of transportation safety production in H district.
