Study On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Green Development Level Of Tourism Industry In Heilongjiang Province

With the reform and opening up is getting more and more attention,economic development of China has achieved brilliant results.The extensive development mode of seeking rapid economic growth at any cost is no longer suitable for the current national conditions.The implementation of high-quality green development will become the main development mode of China for a long time at present and in the future.China has rich ecological resources on which the development of tourism depends.Coupled with the characteristics that tourism can produce huge economic benefits with low energy consumption,tourism has developed rapidly and made increasing contributions to the economy.Under the guidance of the concept of "ecological priority and green development",we should actively promote the green development of tourism,build Jinshan and Yinshan in green waters and mountains,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of tourism.Based on combing the concept of green development and related theories,this paper constructs the green development index system of tourism in Heilongjiang Province,compares and analyzes the evolution trend of green development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province and regional differences in Heilongjiang Province,and uses multiple regression analysis to explore the factors affecting the green development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that:（1）The green development level of tourism in Heilongjiang Province has been continuously improved from 2000 to 2019,which can be divided into three stages:the green development stage guided by the rapid development of tourism economy from 2000 to 2005,the green development stage guided by the common development of tourism economy and ecological environment from 2006 to 2013,and the green development stage guided by the common development of tourism economy,ecological environment and society from 2014 to 2019.（2）From the perspective of regional green development level,there are great differences in the green development level of tourism among regions from 2017 to 2019.Harbin has the highest overall level of green development of tourism and has great advantages in industrial scale and investment factors;Mudanjiang,Heihe,Daxinganling and other regions rely on their advantages in industrial scale,resource endowment and environmental quality,and the overall green development level of tourism is good;The green development level of tourism in other areas is low.（3）From the perspective of the influencing factors of the green development level of tourism in Heilongjiang Province,the expenditure on environmental protection has the greatest positive impact on the green development level of tourism,followed by the industrial structure of tourism,indicating that they promote the improvement of the green development level of tourism;The pressure of tourism resources has a negative correlation with the green development of tourism,which limits the green development of tourism.（4）This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects:improving industrial scale,expanding resource endowment,increasing investment in pollution prevention and control and improving environmental quality,so as to put forward the formulation basis for the green development policy of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province in the future,so as to realize the green,high-quality and sustainable development of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.
