Research On Classification And Management Of Rural Domestic Waste

Garbage is an inevitable product in the process of human urbanization,with the rapid progress of human society,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,the amount and types of garbage have also changed a lot.In recent years,the rural economy has also developed rapidly,with the acceleration of the urban-rural integration process,the effectiveness of the construction of new rural areas such as beautiful villages is becoming more and more significant,the phenomenon of "garbage siege",which mostly appeared in urban areas in the past,has gradually spread to rural,the disposal of domestic garbage in rural areas has also become an urgent problem to be solved.Increasing amount of domestic waste in rural areas,brings huge pressure on the city’s domestic waste disposal department.The source reduction and effective classification of rural domestic waste has become the primary task.This article uses a variety of research methods such as literature research method and questionnaire survey method,combine theoretical research with field investigation,seeking to solve the causes and optimization measures of the problems in the classification and management of domestic waste in rural areas of City Z.This paper is divided into six chapters,first of all,explain the concept of domestic waste and the theoretical basis of this article,Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and field visits,understand the hardware facilities for the classification and management of domestic waste in rural areas of City Z,including the serious formalization of domestic waste classification,classification and promotion of domestic waste leave "dead corners",infrastructure equipment is not updated in time,incomplete domestic waste classification management system,etc.According to the investigation problem,look for the cause of the problem from the perspective of what role the government and villagers have played in it,and from the three aspects of the use of grassroots government,villagers’ self-government committees and the introduction of social organizations and related enterprises’ integration,propose optimization measures to solve a series of problems in the classification and management of domestic waste.Studies have shown that although the classification and management of domestic waste in rural areas in City Z has been gradually promoted,however,in the process of promotion and implementation,there is a certain gap between the actual situation and the sustainable and long-term implementation of this work.The reason is that there are problems in some aspects of domestic waste classification management,the accuracy of the classification and placement of villagers is not high,the relevant content propaganda department received by the villagers is not in place,the financial investment is insufficient,and the lack of long-term management mechanism,etc.,have led to a series of problems in the promotion of domestic waste in rural areas.In response to these problems,by exploring grassroots government party members to take the lead in promotion,coordinating the active participation of various departments,increasing financial investment,exploring long-term development mechanisms,and giving full play to the publicity,policy interpretation,and supervision rewards and punishment functions of grassroots villagers’ autonomous organizations.In addition,social organizations and enterprises can be appropriately introduced into this work to maximize the efficiency of domestic waste classification management,in order to promote the classification and management of domestic waste in rural areas of Z City to achieve new results.
