Energy is a major topic that has been widely valued worldwide and has been studied by scholars for a long time.Whether it can save energy and reduce CO2emissions is re-lated to the destiny of national economic development and environmental protection,as well as human health. In this context,in order to achieve low-carbon construction in the field of construction,it is necessary to start with the structural transformation of energy supply equipment, comprehensive energy utilization, clean energy development, and en-ergy saving and emission reduction policies. It is necessary to make full use of natural energy such as wind, light, and energy. In addition to solar energy, hydropower, biomass energy, etc.,the local municipal government should also advocate green and low-carbon,and do a good job in energy conservation and environmental protection. This article takes the carbon emissions of public buildings in Shijiazhuang as the research object, analyzes and studies the energy-saving emission reduction policies an-nounced by the local municipal government by reading relevant domestic and foreign literature, and then simulates the peak carbon and peak time of public buildings in the city.It is predicted that some suggestions will be made on the current state of energy consumption and carbon emissions of public buildings. The specific research content is as follows:First, according to the literature and statistical yearbook, obtain the data on the housing area, the completed area of various buildings and energy consumption of Shijiazhuang City from 2006 to 2019,and use the amount between the completed housing area and the building area Relations to disassemble the total area of each type of public building over the years.Secondly, combined with reference documents, statistical yearbooks and the energy consumption data given in"Hebei Public Institutions Energy Consumption Quota Stand-ard"DB13(J)T8353-2020,analyze the energy consumption of various public buildings in2020 and calculate various energy consumption The proportion of equipment, the calcu-lation result is that the average unit energy intensity of public buildings in Shijiazhuang in 2020 is 86.42 k Wh/m2·a.The energy consumption intensity of office buildings is70.3486.42 k Wh/m2·a;the energy consumption intensity of commercial and service buildings is 168.92 k Wh/m2·a;the energy consumption intensity of science and education buildings is 41.06 k Wh/m2·a;The energy consumption intensity is 85.46 k Wh/m2·a;the energy consumption intensity of cultural and entertainment buildings is 66.72 k Wh/m2·a.Third,based on the current energy-saving and emission-reduction policies and tech-nical measures adopted by the city, two scenarios are proposed. They are the baseline scenario and the enhanced scenario.According to each scenario, relevant parameters such as per capita public building area, energy consumption intensity, and urbanization rate are set,and the LEAP software is used to construct the Shijiazhuang public building model, and the future Shijiazhuang public building model is predicted with 2020 as the base year. The time point when the building carbon reaches its peak and the peak level when it reaches its peak. Finally, according to the calculation results of LEAP,it can be concluded that public buildings in Shijiazhuang City will just reach the peak carbon in 2030 under the baseline scenario, with carbon emissions of 10.7893 million t CO2;under the enhanced scenario, the carbon peak will be reached in 2027,which is more than The benchmark scenario completed the task three years earlier, and the carbon emissions were 7,293,100 t CO2.Strengthening the transformation of energy-saving technologies for energy-consum-ing equipment and adopting corresponding policies and measures are feasible ways to achieve the peak of public buildings as soon as possible.
