In order to maintain sustainable and high-speed development,the core problem to be solved is to define and feasible and implement effective development strategy.As the earliest and successful joint venture company,company B’s propylene industrial chain products include acrylic acid,acrylate series and butyl octanol products,which provide important chemical raw materials for domestic and foreign chemical markets.However,with the extensive and in-depth application and development of domestic chemical industry products,the demand for basic raw materials is also greatly increased.Stimulated by increasing demand and huge profits,China’s chemical production capacity has entered a period of rapid expansion.In this context,company B must realize the increasingly fierce market environment,must develop strengths and avoid weaknesses,in order to achieve sustainable development.Based on the summary of strategic management theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the external environment and internal resources,capabilities and of B company’s Propylene industry chain,determines the development strategy suitable for B company’s Propylene industry chain,decomposes the strategy,and expounds the specific measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.This paper first analyzes the external environment of B company’s Propylene industry chain by using PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces model,and then analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of B company’s Propylene industry chain.Through the externa and internal analysis to make SWOT and internal and external factor evaluation matrix,it is concluded that B company’s external opportunities outweigh its threats,and internal advantages outweigh its disadvantages,so as to determine the differentiation strategy of B company’s Propylene industry chain.Decompose the strategy from raw materials,products,operations,services and customers.Finally,the paper expounds the measures to ensure the implementation of differentiation strategy from four aspects of technology,information and management,human resources and corporate culture.In terms of technology,we should improve the installation,invest effectively and carry out technical cooperation;in terms of information and management,we should make clear the decisionmaking process and use the management information system;in terms of human resources,we should optimize the organizational structure,divide the strategic responsibilities,enhance the status of key positions and increase the reserve force;in terms of corporate culture,we should establish a high-quality and high-level corporate image,encourage sharing and inclusive understanding;and establish a multi-level corporate culture Customer cooperation.This paper provides a reference for the application of development strategy in chemical enterprises. |
