Construction Of Chemical Talents Training System Based On "Three-wide Education"

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,education is taking on more and more responsibilities.It has become an important measure of higher education in China to construct a new talent training system which not only meets the requirements of comprehensive quality development of students in the new era,but also accords with the law of individual growth of students today.Combining the educational concept of "three-wide education" with the teaching practice in ethnic colleges,By strengthening the construction of teaching staff,building curriculum System reasonably,setting up a scientific environment for the growth of talents,to achieve the effect of the all-staff education,the whole-process of education and allround education.It is of great significance for ethnic colleges to realize the goal of cultivating high-level talents adapted to the new era.In this thesis,on the basis of a large number of studies on the educational concepts and approaches of "three-wide education",the research results of "threewide education" in ethnic colleges,the orientation of personnel training in ethnic colleges since the founding of new China,the cultivating status of chemical talents in ethnic colleges,it points out the deficiency and advantages of chemical talents training in ethnic colleges,It is pointed out that there are still some gaps in the practice and exploration of integrating " three-wide education " into chemical talents training in ethnic colleges and universities,and it is clear that it is necessary and feasible to construct a chemical talents training system based on "three-wide education ".Combining the concept of "three-wide education " with the demand of chemical talents for social development in the new era,Taking moral education as the fundamental task and forging a solid Chinese ethnic consciousness as the main line,The ways to construct the cultivation system of chemical talents based on "three-wide education" are put forward: Schools and enterprises jointly participate in the formulation of personnel training objectives and personnel training specifications,Improve the curriculum system,set up an integrated education link throughout the process of talent growth,construct an educational team of all faculty and staff to participate in education and teaching,build an educational environment that integrates classroom,campus,society and the Internet,innovate teaching mode,formulate scientific and reasonable standards for personnel training and evaluation.Taking chemical Engineering and process major of Northwest Minzu University as an example,,Through the design of the professional talent training program,building an integrated education system,reformation of teaching mode,construction of teaching staff,the concrete implementation ways and methods of constructing the chemical talents training system based on " three-wide education " are further expounded.Through the survey of the graduates of this major,we find that the talent training system can achieve better quality of talent training.This thesis discusses the construction of chemical talents training system from the perspective of "three-wide education",it has certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the education and teaching reform of chemical talents training in ethnic colleges.
