On The Effect Of Health Poverty Alleviation In Chongqing Under The Mechanism Of Disease And Poverty Cycle

Research purpose: Poverty is a historical,worldwide,and universal issue.Eliminating poverty is a beautiful ideal that mankind has dreamed of and worked hard for since ancient times.Among all poverty-causing factors,poverty due to illness and return to poverty due to illness are ranked first.In 2013,2015,and 2017,the reasons for poverty among the poverty-stricken households nationwide were 42.4%,44.1%,and 42% of povertystricken households due to illness and return to poverty due to illness.Compared with other factors,family members’ illnesses,especially chronic,serious,and severe illnesses,are more likely to affect the economic status and human capital status of individuals and families,thereby increasing the economic instability and health vulnerability of sick and poor families.In the context of building a well-off society in an all-round way,winning the battle against poverty,and stepping into the grand blueprint of rural revitalization,this article studies,analyzes and summarizes the effects of Chongqing’s health and poverty alleviation policies,and uses the cycle mechanism of disease and poverty Explain the effect and dig in-depth the effective experience of Chongqing’s health and poverty alleviation.Research objects: This study uses the national,Chongqing,and various districts and counties of Chongqing’s health and poverty alleviation policy texts,the "National Health and Poverty Alleviation Dynamic Monitoring System" Chongqing City data,Household questionnaire survey and interview data conducted by the “Research on the Effectiveness and Innovation Mechanism of Health Poverty Alleviation in Chongqing” that the author participated in.Taking the entire poor population in Chongqing as the target,the survey focused on the poor population in Pengshui Autonomous County,Shizhu Autonomous County,and Qianjiang District.This paper analyzes the evolution of health poverty alleviation policy and specific measures,the basic situation of poverty alleviation and reduction in Chongqing,the medical treatment of the poor population in Chongqing,the ability of health poverty alleviation service providers in sample counties,the health status of the poor population in sample counties,family reproductive capacity,and the relationship between health and family reproductive capacity.Research method: This article uses SPSS statistical software to conduct basic descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory descriptive statistical analysis of the data used;uses Geoda,Arc GIS,and R software to conduct spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial Doberman model analysis on surface data;use Stata software performed Tobit regression analysis and Lowess correlation analysis on the questionnaire data.Research results: Chongqing’s health and poverty alleviation policies have achieved significant results,effectively breaking the vicious circle of disease and poverty,improving the health of the poor,and enhancing the reproduction capacity of poor families due to illness.At the same time,the study also found that the family reproduction capacity of poor households is positively correlated with their health status.
