Objective:To understand the quality of life and sub-health status of primary school teachers in Yunnan border areas; The influencing factors of life quality and sub-health status were analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for education related departments and health administration departments to formulate related policies.Methods:(1)Pre-survey was carried out after self-designed questionnaire, and formal survey was carried out after evaluation of questionnaire contents and reliability and validity;(2)A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a field questionnaire survey among primary school teachers in Yunnan border areas.(3)Epi Data3.1 software was used to establish the corresponding database, and IBM SPSS24.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Enumeration data were statistically described by frequency and composition ratio, and continuous variables were represented by mean ± standard deviation. The t-test,analysis of variance and chi-square test were used for single factor comparison.Logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used for multivariate analysis.A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a field questionnaire survey among primary school teachers in border areas of Yunnan Province.Results:(1)The preliminary survey results showed that the reliability and validity of SF-36 and SHMS V1.0 scales were good.(2)A total of 5000 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 4932 were collected with a recovery rate of 98.64%.Among them,4147 were effective and the effective rate was 82.94%.(3)Age,marital status, per capita monthly income, average daily working hours, health management ability, the number of children to be raised, work stress, sleep time,sedentary/sedentary,physical exercise, traffic conditions and the frequency of surrounding criminal incidents are the factors affecting the quality of life of primary school teachers.(4)Having a little health management, occasionally eating breakfast and occasionally having criminal incidents are the risk factors of sub-health;Not much work pressure,1 to 4 times a month,5 times a month or more are the protective factors of sub-health.Conclusion:The quality of life of primary school teachers in Yunnan border areas is lower than the national norm. The detection rate of sub-health is at a high level.Primary school teachers under the age of 29,unmarried,without children, able to manage their own health, consistent physical exercise, adequate sleep, adhere to annual physical examination, low incidence of criminal incidents in their surroundings, and convenient transportation have a better quality of life. The risk factors for sub-health of primary school teachers in Yunnan border areas are a little health management, occasional breakfast, and occasional criminal incidents. Not much work pressure, exercising 1 to 4 times a month, exercising 5 times a month or more were the protective factors for sub-health of primary school teachers in Yunnan border areas. It is suggested that relevant education departments and health administrative departments pay more attention to the health status of primary school teachers in border areas, improve the overall health level, satisfaction and happiness of primary school teachers, and promote the improvement of teaching quality in border areas.
