Objective:To analyze the effect of different silicone preparations combined with pressure and exercise therapy on burned hand scar.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university of burn rehabilitation clinics from October 2018 to December 2020 cases of hand burn patients 40 cases,58 hands,35 were males,5 were women,the sex ratio is 7:1,at age 13 and 52 years old.Patients were grouped according to the treatment method,25 cases were included in the exercise therapy+pressure therapy+silicone gel treatment group;15 cases were included in the exercise therapy+pressure therapy+silicone plaster treatment group.The Vancouver Scar Score Scale、hand function rating and activities of daily living were compared before,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,observe two groups of scar progress,hand function and ability of daily life,statistical analysis was made on the data of four stages in the silicone gel group and the silicone application group.Results:From the general data of the two groups of patients,it was found that the hand burn patients were more male than female,more workers than non-workers,and the main reason of hand burn was flame.The results showed that the silicone gel group’s VSS、hand function and daily living ability had no significant difference(P>0.05)between before treatment and treatment after 1 month,compared with before treatment and treatment after 3 months、treatment after 6 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the silicone plaster group’s VSS、hand function and daily living ability had no significant statistically difference(P>0.05)between before treatment and treatment after 1 month,compared with before treatment and treatment after 3 months、treatment after 6 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference was no significant statistically(P>0.05)in four stages about the VSS、hand function and daily living ability between silicone gel group and silicone plaster group.Conclusion(s):1.Silicone gel and silicone plaster combined with pressure and exercise therapy can reduce scar color、reduce scar thickness、improve scar blood vessel distribution and increase scar softness,improve hand function and the ability of daily living activities;2.There was no difference between silicone gel and silicone plaster in improving hand scar,hand function and daily living ability,according to the situation of patients of scar and patients need to choose a suitable silicone hand scar after treatment of burns.
