Observation On The Curative Effect Of Guishenwan Decoction Combined With VD In Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency

Objective:By observing the improvement of the clinical efficacy,BMI,menstrual cycle,and various hormone levels of guishenwan gecoction combined with VD in the treatment of PCOS patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,explore the treatment of Guishenwan gecoction combined with VD in the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency syndrome The results further provide new treatment ideas and methods for the disease,and provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,the subjects of the study were lying-in women who were diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and TCM syndrome differentiation as kidney deficiency at Department of Gynecology,People’s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Total inclusion of 60 cases.The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Guishenwan decoction,one dose per day,twice a day in the morning and evening,with vitamin D,according to periodic therapy and clinical symptoms.In patients with vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency,2 tablets,once daily,800IU;Patients with normal vitamin D levels were given400 IU,once daily,for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The control group was given Diane-35,one tablet once a day for 21 days,with 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment.During the treatment,1 patient in the control group and 1 patient in the treatment group withdrew from the study due to personal reasons and inability to return to the hospital on time,respectively.After 1 course of treatment,the changes of BMI,menstrual cycle and hormone level in 2groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated.Results:1.General informationBefore treatment,there was no statistical significance in age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,BMI,menstrual cycle and various hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the data were comparable.2.Clinical evaluation of TCM SyndromesComparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were 96.55% and 75.86%,respectively.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome scoresAfter treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement level of TCM symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.BMIAfter treatment,the BMI of the two groups was not significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.Hormone levelsAfter treatment,the menstrual cycle of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the degree of menstrual cycle improvement between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.MenstruationAfter treatment,FSH,LH,E2,T,AMH,25(OH)VD in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,AMH and 25(OH)VD in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in E2 and T between control group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Guishenwan decoction combined with VD can reduce TCM symptom score,improve menstrual cycle and hormone level in PCOS patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,but not significantly improve BMI.2.Compared with Diane-35 alone,modified Guishenwan decoction combined with VD can more effectively improve TCM syndrome score,FSH,LH,AMH,25(OH)VD levels and clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome.3.Compared with Diane-35 alone,Guishenwan decoction combined with VD had no significant effect in improving BMI,menstrual cycle and E2,t hormone levels.4.This study shows that Guishenwan decoction combined with VD in the treatment of PCOS with kidney deficiency syndrome has a prominent effect in adjusting hormone levels and improving TCM symptoms.
