Clinical Study Of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction Combined With Mesalazine Sustained Release Tablets In The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Ulcerative Colitis

Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Huang Yahui’s experience prescription Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with mesalazine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome),and provide relevant evidence for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Taking 60 patients meeting the standard as the research object,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,30 patients in the control group were given oral mesalazine sustained-release tablets(0.5g/tablet,1.0g each time,4 times a day));30 cases in the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,were given the Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction(decocted in water,one dose a day,orally twice in the morning and evening,200 ml each time).Both groups of patients took 2weeks as a course of treatment,and the drug was discontinued for observation after 2courses of treatment.The observation content includes the efficacy of TCM syndromes,inflammation indicators,and the patient’s quality of life score(IBDQ score).Result:(1)The efficacy of TCM syndromes: The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 86.66%,and that in the control group was 76.66%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy.(2)Inflammation indicators: After the treatment of the two groups,MMP-9 and ANCA were both lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the inflammation indicators of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatments were effective,but The level of inflammation in the treatment group was lower.(3)Patient quality of life score(IBDQ score): The scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective;compared with the control group,the treatment group improved more(P<0.05),It shows that the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.In conclusion : The clinical effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with mesalazine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate UC(spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome)is more significant than that of simple mesalazine sustained-release tablets,which can significantly relieve symptoms and improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.To reduce inflammation and improve the quality of life of patients,clinical application is recommended.
