Clinical Research On Treating Ulcerative Colitis Of Spleen Deficiency Wefness Type With Jianpishengshi Experiential Recipe

Object: Professor observed frequently in the party since the quasi spleen clearing damp party(pixu(spleen deficient)wet aggregates)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in patients with clinical curative effect,by contrast to participate in the test of the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs improved situation and the change of the before and after treatment such as TCM syndrome integral,discuss the clinical application value,for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis for a kind of new thought and method.Methods: A total of 78 patients with ulcerative colitis and syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and dampness were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.After the course of treatment,spass25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the obtained clinical data,to compare the improvement of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome efficacy,clinical efficiency,and intestinal mucosal healing in the two groups,and to monitor and evaluate the safety of medication.Results:(1)comprehensive efficacy: 35 patients in the treatment group responded,4 patients did not,and the total effective rate was 89.74%.In the control group,27 patients responded and 12 patients did not,with a total effective rate of 69.23%.The treatment group had a significant advantage in the comprehensive efficacy,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)efficacy of TCM syndrome: 15 cases were cured in the treatment group,14 cases showed efficacy,7 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective;5 cases were cured in the control group,3 cases showed efficacy,20 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 71.79%.The improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05);(3)symptoms integral aspect: two groups of drugs can significantly improve patients with ulcerative colitis(pixu(spleen deficient)wet aggregates)in TCM syndrome total score(P < 0.05),especially in improving the total integral and relieve mucus purulent blood syndromes,anorexia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,limb drowsiness symptoms,the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05);(4)disappearance rates of main symptoms and secondary symptoms: the disappearance rates of mucous pus and blood stool,abdominal distension and fullness,limb drowsiness,and tense-post weight in the treatment group were69.23%,87.50%,89.28% and 75.00%,respectively,higher than those in the control group(29.72%,22.58%,34.78% and 44.44%,respectively),which were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(5)Mayo score: after treatment,the Mayo score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P < 0.05);(6)promoting intestinal mucosal healing: in the treatment group,15 cases were cured,15 cases showed significant effects,5 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 89.74%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,4 cases showed significant effects,19 cases were effective,and 11 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 71.79%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05);(7)safety: no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment and medication in the two groups,indicating good safety.Conclusion: 1.Strengthening spleen clearing damp can improve the comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness)and promote the healing of intestinal mucosa.2.Strengthening spleen clearing damp can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis(syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness)and improve the quality of life.3.Spleen strengthening clearing damp prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
