Clinical Observation Of Erchen Huatan Luoqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthmaat Acute Attack Stage(Syndrome Of Phlegm Turbidity And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Erchen Huatan Luoqi Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma at acute attack stage(syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis)and its influence on TCM syndrome score,serum EOS and IL-17 levels,lung function index FEV1 and PEF,and ACT score.Methods: 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,and there were 35 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine budesonide formoterol inhalation powder(trade name:Sembicort Turbuhaler,specifications: 160μg/4.5μg:60 inhales),1 inhalation each time,2 times a day.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Erchen Huatan Luoqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were observed for 2 courses of medication,a total of 14 days.The single TCM symptom score,total TCM symptom score,curative effect,serum EOS and IL-17 levels,lung function index FEV1 and PEF,and ACT score were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.SPSS26.0 software was used to compare and analyze the data.Results:1.Both treatment groups could reduce the TCM syndrome scores,and in the improvement of shortness of breath or chest tightness,cough,sputum volume,color and texture,fullness of stomach and blood stasis,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.The curative effect of the two groups was significant,and the significant efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.The treatment of both groups could reduce the serum EOS and IL-17 level,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Both groups could improve the pulmonary function indexes FEV1 and PEF,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that the control group(P < 0.05).5.Both groups could improve the ACT score,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Erchen Huatan Luoqi decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage(syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis),which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(shortness of breath,cough,sputum volume,color and texture,stomach fullness,blood stasis)and ACT score,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Erchen Huatan Luoqi decoction can reduce the serum levels of EOS and IL-17 in mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage(syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis),and reduce airway inflammation.3.Erchen Huatan Luoqi decoction can improve the levels of FEV1 and PEF in mild and moderate patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage(syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis),reduce airway obstruction,and improve pulmonary ventilation function.
