| Objective :To investigate the changes of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D,bone mineral density and nutritional indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 77 patients with COPD who were hospitalized and treated in Hefei Second People’s Hospital from Nov 2020 to Apr 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The control group consisted of 50 individuals who underwent a health examination at the medical examination center during the same period.Lung function, serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D,lumbar 2-4 bone mineral density and T values, femoral neck bone mineral density and T values, body mass index(BMI),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)were detected in all subjects. The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D,bone mineral density,BMI,albumin and prealbumin were compared between COPD group and control group as well as between COPD groups with different lung function, and the correlation of these indicators in COPD patients was explored. Results: 25 hydroxyvitamin D,FEV1/FVC,FEV1% pred, bone mineral density and T values of lumbar spine 2-4 and left and right femoral neck,BMI,albumin and prealbumin in COPD group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and osteoporosis was higher in the COPD group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in 25 hydroxyvitamin D,bone mineral density and T value of left and right femoral neck and albumin among different lung function groups(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that 25 hydroxyvitamin D,bone mineral density and T value of left and right femoral neck, albumin were positively correlated with FEV1% pred(P<0.05),bone mineral density and T values of lumbar spine 2-4 and left and right femoral neck, albumin were positively correlated with 25 hydroxyvitamin D in COPD group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Patients with COPD are more prone to vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis and poor nutritional status than healthy people.2.With the deterioration of lung function,25 hydroxyvitamin D,bone mineral density and T value of left and right femoral neck, and albumin levels decreased more significantly.3.In patients with COPD,25 hydroxyvitamin D is closely related to bone mineral density and albumin levels. |
