Research Of The Correlation Between The TCM Syndromes In The Acute Ischemic Stroke And The Risk Factors

Objective Through the research of TCM syndrome of the acute ischemic stroke Distribution and accumulation characteristics of distribution and risk factors,explore type of the acute ischemic stroke of TCM syndrome and its correlations and risk factors,to provide train of thought for Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment,to provide the reference in accordance with the clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM treatment.Method In October 2013-December 2015,study the cases of ischemic stroke which meets the standard depression in the Zhejiang Xinhua hospital in-patient department.and they were divided into several differentiations of symptoms and signs.Studying the relationship between the distribution of TCM syndromes and age,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and other risk factors,the data statistical analysis,can all use SPSS 17.0 statistical software for processing.Result ①Patients with acute ischemic stroke is classified into five syndrome,with the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is the most,accounting for 33.2%,followed by the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis syndrome,the Yin-Deficiency and wind generating syndrome,the Liver-yang exessive rising syndrome,the Phlegm-heat and sthenic-fu syndrome,accounting for 27.6%、18.1%、14.5%and 6.6%respectively.②The distribution of risk factors of ischemic stroke,hypertension is the most,the rest of the risk factors in the order:smoking,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,excessive drinking,HHcy,heart disease and family history.③In the combination of risk factors for distribution to the combination of multiple risk factors distribution is seen,accounting for 77.6%.The combination of risk factors,in turn,two risk factors,four risk factors,a risk factor,three risk factors,five factors,six risk factors,seven risk factors.④In the two risk factors combination distribution,"hypertension+hyperlipidemia"combination is the most widely distributed,accounted for 32.9%;In the four risk factors combination distribution,"hypertension+hyperlipidemia+diabetes+excessive drinking"combination is the most widely distributed,among them,on the basis of the"hypertension+hyperlipidemia+diabetes" the combination of distribution is the most,accounted for 34.9%;In a single risk factor,hypertension is the most common,accounted for 51.7%;In the three risk factors combination distribution,"hypertension+hyperlipidemia+diabetes" combination distribution at most,accounting for 29.6%,among them,on the basis of the "hypertension+hyperlipidemia" the combination of distribution is the most,accounting for 63.0%.⑤Patients with hypertension,the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome and the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis is higher,but there was no significant difference;Patients with hyperlipidemia,the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis and Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is higher,but there was no significant difference;Patients with diabetes,the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,Yin-deficiency and wind generating syndrome is higher,and the difference was statistically significant;Patients with heart disease,the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is higher,but there was no significant difference;Patients with smoking and excessive drinking,the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis is higher,and the difference was statistically significant;Patients with HHcy,the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis and the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome is higher,but there was no significant difference.Conclusion ①Ischemic stroke in the acute phase belong to "deficient root and excessive superficial","mixed excessiveness and deficiency",This virtual mainly refers to Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,the mark real mainly refers to blood stasis and phlegm.②Ischemic stroke is a disease caused by the action of many risk factors,risk factors distribution have obvious aggregation,risk factors exist in the form of combination,which is on the basis of the "Hypertension+hyperlipidemia"and "hypertension+hyperlipidemia+diabetes③Patients with diabetes,it is given priority to the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,Yin-deficiency and wind generating syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant;Patients with smoking and excessive drinking,the Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis is higher,and the difference was statistically significant.
