Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of qufenglifei granule on cough variant asthma(cva)in children by observing the effect of TCM syndrome points of Qufenglifei granules on cva in children. Methods: A total of 60 children met the CVA criteria and were included. The included patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.Thirty patients in the experimental group were treated with Qufenglifei granules, and thirty patients in the control group were treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.4 weeks was a treatment cycle, during which the symptoms were observed and detailed guidance and nursing were given. After 4 weeks, observe the symptoms of children after treatment, evaluate the recovery of specific TCM symptoms, evaluate the total score of TCM symptoms, and compare the changes before and after treatment. Results: 1.The total score of syndromes, the score of main symptoms and the score of secondary symptoms were statistically significant before and after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05).2.In terms of main symptoms, the difference between expectoration and pharyngeal itching before and after treatment was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after cough treatment.3.In terms of secondary symptoms, there were statistically significant differences in the degree of improvement between the two groups after the treatment of nasal congestion, sneezing and pharyngeal redness,P < 0.05,and the difference between the two groups before and after the treatment was also highly statistically significant.4.In terms of the change of the total score of TCM comprehensive symptoms, the difference before and after treatment was significantly different, and the symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group after treatment.5.The control rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.6.Ig E levels in blood of the children participating in the experiment were tested, and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion: 1.Both Qufenglifei granules and Montelukast sodium chewable tablets canimprove the symptoms of cough variant asthma(wind-sheng clonus acute syndrome)in children, such as cough, sputum, pharynx itching, nasal congestion, pharynx redness and sneezing, and reduce the level of Ig E in blood.2.In the treatment of cough, the curative effect of Qufenglifei granules is similar to that of Montelukast sodium chewable tablets, and the curative effect of Qufenglifei granules is better than that of Montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of expectoration, pharyngeal itching and secondary symptoms.3.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,Qufenglifei granules is better than Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.4.Qufenglifei granules improved the Ig E level in the blood of the children better than Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.
