Effect Of Huayu And Xiaoxi Recipe On Postoperative Endometrial Status Of Patients With Blood Stasis Endometrial Polyp

ObjectiveThis study aims to explore the effect of huayu and xiaoxi recipe on postoperative endometrial status of patients with blood stasis endometrial polyp(EP),and to evaluate its clinical effect objectively,so as to provide an alternative treatment for the prevention of recurrence of endometrial polyp after hysteroscopy.MethodsSixty patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy of endometrial polyps in the Department of Gynecology of Hospital of Guangdong Province of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to October 2020 and were pathologic confirmed as EP and consistent with TCM syndrome differentiation as blood stasis were selected.Sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups:control group,traditional Chinese medicine group,Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol II group.The age,The number of pregnancy,The number of parity,endometrial thickness,menstruation and history of polyps of the three groups were collected.The endometrial thickness、polyp recurrence、TCM syndrome score、PBAC score and adverse drug reactions of the three groups were followed up 3 and 6 months after surgery.Results1.In the endometrial thickness,the endometrial thickness of the 3 groups in the 3 and 6 months after surgery was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness among the three groups in 3 months after surgery(P<0.05);Endometrial thickness was significantly different among the three groups in 6 months after surgery,(P<0.05),the endometrial thickness of patients in the TCM group and Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol II group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between TCM group and Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ group(P>0.05).2.In the number of recurrent endometrial polyps,3 months after the operation,one patient in the follow-up group relapsed,no recurrence in the TCM group and Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol II group.After 6 months,5 patients in the follow-up group relapsed,2 patients in the TCM group relapsed,and 3 patients in the Drospirenone and ethinylestradiolⅡ group relapsed.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the three groups at 3 and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05);3.In the TCM syndrome score,the scores of TCM symptoms in 3 and 6 months after operation were all lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the follow-up group,the scores of TCM symptoms of TCM group and Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ were lower in 3 and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of TCM symptoms in the TCM group were lower compared with the Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the PBAC score,the scores of PBAC in 3 and 6 months after operation were all lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the follow-up group,the scores of PBAC of TCM group and Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ were lower in 3 and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of PBAC in the Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ group were lower compared with the TCM group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the incidence of adverse reactions,the rate of adverse reaction in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In terms of the total clinical efficacy,there was no significant difference between the three groups in clinical efficacy 6 months after operation(P>0.05).ConclusionHuayu and Xiaoxi Recipe treating the polyps with blood stasis type after hysteroscopy can improve the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,in this respect,the overall effect was better than that of hysteroscopy alone and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol II group.Huayu and Xiaoxi Recipe and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ both can reduce endometrial thickness,they had the same effect.The number of recurrence in the two group were lower than that in the follow-up group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Huayu and Xiaoxi Recipe can Effectively reduce the amount of menstruation.Compared with Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol Ⅱ group,it has lower incidence of adverse reactions.Huayu and Xiaoxi Recipe provide a new way to prevent recurrence after EP surgery.As this study included fewer cases and the follow-up time was not enough,it is worthy of further clinical study with large sample for a long time.
