The Clinical Study On Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis By Acupotomy To Release Psoas Major And Duhuo Jisheng Decoction

Objective:Treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS)by acupotomy to release Psoas major and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,evaluating the efficacy and safety objectively.Methods:60 patients who visit Affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine’ s department of rheumatology during 10.8.2016 to 12.31.2018 were assigned into experimental group and matched group randomly by the method of Random number table.Patients in experimental group were treated with releasing psoas major by acupotomy weekly,and taken Duhuo Jisheng Decoction every day at the same time.While patients in matched group treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction every day only.Observing the VAS score,the distance between ear and the wall,the lumbar activity,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index(BASMI),Bath ankylosing spondylitis were recorded before and after treatment in both groups.Functional Index(BASFI),laboratory index and safety index before treatment begins and at the end of treatment.Analyzing all the data with SPSS20.0 to evaluate efficacy and safety.Results:①The gender,age,disease duration,positive rate of HLA B27,the VAS score,the distance between ear and the wall,the lumbar activity,BASDAI,BASMI,BASFI,blood sedimentation(ESR),C-reactive protein(CPR)and quantitative integral of TCM syndromes have no statistical significance.The baseline of two groups were comparable.②The intra-group comparison of all indicators of two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).③The experimental group was better than matched group in improving the distance between ear and the wall,the lumbar activity,BASDAI,BASMI,BASFI,and the evaluation of TCM efficacy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there is no statistical significance(P>0.05)between two groups in improving the VAS score,ESR,CRP,and the quantitative integral of TCM syndromes.④No adverse reactions occurred either of the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Acupotomy to release Psoas major cooperate with TCM had good curative effect and safety.It was easy to operate and accepted by patients,which makes this treatment had the value to be popularized...
