Objective: To study the distribution of TCM syndromes of perimenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to explore the correlation between different syndromes and metabolic indices such as blood sugar and lipid. Methods: Collect the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in perimenopausal period who were hospitalized in Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Shandong Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2016 to February 2019.Record age, course of disease(diabetes mellitus)and biochemical indicators such as blood lipid, blood sugar, uric acid, etc.Through SPSS22.0 software, analyze the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of type 2 diabetes mellitus in perimenopausal period and its relationship with metabol. Results : Among 168 cases, there were 15 cases of liver-kidney Yin deficiency, accounting for 8.93%;31 cases of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency, accounting for 18.45%;61 cases of Liver-qi stagnation, accounting for 36.31%;28 cases of Qi-Yin deficiency, accounting for 16.67%;8 cases of phlegm and blood stasis, accounting for 4.76%;26 cases of heart-kidney non-intersection,accounting for 15.48%.2.From the course of disease, there are differences among the syndrome types of each group(p < 0.05).The longest course of disease is spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, and the shortest is liver-qi stagnation syndrome.3.From the point of view of glycosylated hemoglobin, there are differences among the syndrome types of each group(p < 0.05),among which the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome have higher levels.4.Compared with the other four groups, the fasting blood sugar in the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group and the Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome group was higher than that in the other four groups(p < 0.05).5.There were differences in insulin resistance index among different groups(p < 0.05),among which phlegm and blood stasis stagnation proved to be significantly higher than the other five groups.6.There were differences in LDL among the groups(p < 0.05),among which the liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome was the lowest and the phlegm-blood stasis syndrome was the highest.7.From the level of uric acid, there were differences among the syndrome types of each group(p < 0.05).The highest level of uric acid was phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.8.The main complications were diabetic retinopathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Most of the diabetic retinopathy were spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, and most of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy were liver-qi stagnation syndrome. Conclusion : 1.In perimenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus, the number of liver-qi stagnation witnesses is the largest, followed by spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome. The number of heart-kidney non-intersection syndrome and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome is relatively small,so we should pay attention to the application of soothing liver and regulating qi method in clinical practice, and pay attention to the treatment of tonifying kidney method.2.From the course of diabetes, the longest course of disease is spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, and the shortest course is liver-qi stagnation syndrome. Therefore, with the prolongation of the course of disease,we should pay attention to the application of the method of warming and tonifying spleen and kidney.3.From the laboratory indicators, each syndrome has its own characteristics. The glycosylated hemoglobin in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is higher, and the uric acid, insulin resistance and low density lipoprotein in phlegm-blood stasis syndrome are higher. Therefore, clinical differentiation can be guided by the above indicators.3.Diabetic retinopathy and diabetic neuropathy are the main complications of perimenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus.
