Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tong Pulse Recipe In Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) And Its Effect On The Content Of BDNF In Serum

Objective:Comparing with conventional Western medicine alone,to observe and explore the clinical effect and its safety of Yiqi Tong Pulse recipe in Treatment of acute ischemic stroke(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),as well as to analyze its efffect on the content of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in serum,to clarify the treatment characteristics and evaluate the clinical application value.Methods:The 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method.The trial group was treated with Yiqi Tong Pulse recipe combined with Western medicine,and the control group was treated with Western medicine alone.To observe the stroke clinical syndrome score,neurological deficit score(NIHSS),syndrome score of qi deficiency and blood stasis and the change of BDNF content in serum separately before treatment and after 14 days treatment.The collected observation indicators were given statistics and analysis to evaluate their clinical efficacy.Safety analysis was performed on the results of the examinations of the patients collected.Results:1 A total of 70 cases are included in this study,and no shedding cases occurred during the whole treatment process.2 The clinical efficacy scores,NIHSS scores,and TCM syndrome scores of stroke patients after 14 days of treatment are significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the trial group is lower than the control group(P<0.01).The difference is statistically significant.3 The serum levels of BDNF in the two groups are significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the trial group is higher than the control group(P<0.01).The difference is statistically significant.4 In the total clinical efficacy of stroke,after treatment,the total effective rate of the trial group is about 97.14%,and the total effective rate of the control group is about85.71%.The data are statistically analyzed,P=0.004,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.5 For the observation of syndromes of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after stroke,the total effective rate of the trial group is about 94.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group is about 82.86%.The data are statistically analyzed,P=0.008,P<0.01,the difference has statistical significane.Conclusion: Yiqi Tong Pulse recipe has significant clinical efficacy in treating acute ischemic stroke(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).It can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological impairment,improve the clinical efficacy of stroke and improve the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.It can significantly increase the content of BDNF in patients’ serum,which is conducive to better promoting the recovery of neurological function and has good safety.
