Based On The Complex Network Technology,Professor Lin Hui-juan’s Analyzed And Studied The Rule Of Clinical Prescription Medication For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Heart Diseases

Objective: to collect and sort out the clinical prescription data of professor Lin huijuan’s diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases for many years,to conduct in-depth analysis and research on professor Lin’s common traditional Chinese medicine and prescription law of dialectical diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases,and to summarize her clinical experience in the treatment of cardiac diseases,so as to provide reference for digging and inheriting the academic experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.Method: the prescription data of professor Lin huijuan in the outpatient system of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from January2011 to June 2019 were collected,and 10,942 prescription data were retained after screening.Using complex network analysis methods such as frequency analysis,point-based mutual information,association rules,layered network,Jaccard similarity coefficient,and rapid modular optimization method,the core prescription analysis and drug compatibility analysis of professor Lin’s clinical prescription data were carried out.This paper summarizes professor Lin huijuan’s dialectical and medication rules in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases,and explores her experience and academic thoughts in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.Results: according to the statistical results,professor Lin in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases,female patients were significantly higher than men,the ratio of male to female was 1:36,in the age of onset,the majority of the elderly,diagnosed with hypertension,coronary heart disease and arrhythmia more patients,professor Lin used a total of 397 Chinese medicine;In this study,the complex network analysis method was used to obtain the core prescription of professor Lin’s diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.Combined with point-based mutual information and association rules,17 pairs of main compatibility drug pairs were obtained,and 33 prescription associations were obtained by using prescription similarity and community analysis method,among which 7core prescriptions were highly consistent with professor Lin’s dialectical theory of clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.Conclusion: Through data mining,this paper analyzes and summarizes Professor Lin Huijuan’s treatment methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing heart and mind,nourishing qi and blood,nourishing liver and kidney,supplemented by the treatment of temperature Yang,nourishing yin and clearing heat,broadening chest and resolving phlegm,and stabilizing liver yang.
