Clinical Study Of Yishenankun Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency With Deficiency Of Both Kidney Yin And Yang

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Yishenankun Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang.By observing the changes of symptoms and related indicators,clinical data analysis and deep-seated theoretical study were performed to provide a more reliable basis for the treatment of POI with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang with Yishenankun Decoction.Methods:64 cases of POI with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang were randomly divided into two groups(32 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group).The treatment group was given Yishenankun Decoction orally,and western medicine HRT hormone supplementation therapy as the control group.In both groups,the efficacy was evaluated after a course of treatment(3 months).The comprehensive clinical efficacy,TCM symptom efficacy,sex hormone index and endometrial thickness index before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups,and statistical data analysis were performed.Results:In this study,1 case of Yishenankun Decoction dropped out,1 case of HRT hormone supplementation dropped out,and 1 case was removed.There were 31 cases of final effective data in the Yishenankun Decoction group and 30 cases of final effective data in the HRT hormone supplementation group.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the overall response rate of the Yishenankun decoction group(77.42%)was comparable to the comprehensive efficacy of the HRT hormone supplementation group(80.00%)(P > 0.05).In the improvement of TCM symptoms,25 cases(80.65%)in Yishenankun Decoction group and 24 cases(80.00%)in HRT hormone supplement group were effective.There was no significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05).Among the single TCM symptoms,Yishenankun Decoction group and HRT hormone supplementation can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with amenorrhea,oligomenorrhea,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,hot sweating,fear of wind after sweating,and poor mood,and the two groups had basically equivalent efficacy(P > 0.05).In improving hormone levels and endometrial thickness,the indicators of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and had a significant effect(P < 0.01).After treatment,the efficacy of Yishenankun Decoction group was similar to that of HRT hormone supplementation group(P > 0.05).During this study,Yishenankun Decoction group and HRT hormone supplementation had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yishenankun Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of POI with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with POI,and improve the endometrial thickness by regulating female hormone levels,and is expected to improve the status of female ovarian function.
