| Objective:This study used warm kidney moxibustion to promote pregnancy to observe the serum hormone levels,TCM symptom scores,TCM syndrome efficacy and pregnancy rate improvement of infertility patients with decreased ovarian reserve function(DOR),and preliminarily evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of warm kidney moxibustion for pregnancy,so as to provide a new treatment method and theoretical basis for this disease.Method:In this study,96 DOR infertility patients who met the requirements were included,all of whom were from the outpatient department of gynecology and acupuncture department of quanzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 48 patients in each group.On the basis of the treatment of promoting discharge,the experimental group adopted the method of warming kidney and promoting pregnancy moxibustion,and selected point guan yuan,uterus(on both sides),shenshu(on both sides)and sanyinjiao(on both sides).Continuous moxibustion treatment lasted for 21 days,and a total of 3 menstrual cycles were treated.The control group was treated for 3 menstrual cycles with oral fenmotonone for 21 consecutive days.Serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)levels in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the normal FSH/LH rate,TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome efficacy and pregnancy rate were also compared.Results:Among the two groups,7 cases fell off in the moxibustion treatment group and 7 cases fell off in the western medicine group,with a total loss rate of 14.58%.Therefore,a total of 82 patients were included in this study,including 41 patients in the moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine group.The two groups had the same baseline and were comparable.1.Comparison of serum hormone detection: after treatment,the serum FSH,LH and AMH values of the two groups all showed different degrees of improvement,specifically manifested in the experimental group and the control group,the measured serum FSH and LH values decreased significantly on the whole,and the serum AHM values increased on the whole.After statistical analysis,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and no statistically significant differences between the two groups.For the comparison of normal rates of FSH/LH,there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment in the experimental group(P > 0.05),and statistically significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(P < 0.01).2.Comparison of TCM symptom score and TCM syndrome efficacy: after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).The TCM syndrome efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were 92.68% and 75.61%,respectively.3.Comparison of pregnancy rate: during the treatment period,14 patients in theexperimental group were pregnant successfully,and the pregnancy rate was 34.15%,while 4patients in the control group were pregnant successfully,and the pregnancy rate was 9.76%.The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Safety indicators: no adverse reactions occurred in the moxibustion group,1 case of nausea,1 case of abdominal distension and 2 cases of mild headache occurred in the western medicine group.It indicates that the moxibustion method of warming kidney and promoting pregnancy is more safe than fenmeitong alone in the treatment of DOR infertility.Conclusion:1.the method of warming kidney and promoting pregnancy moxibustion can effectively regulate the blood hormone level of patients with kidney-yang deficiency DOR infertility,reduce the serum FSH and LH levels,and increase the serum AMH levels,and its therapeutic effect is similar to that of Femoston.2.moxibustion with warming kidney and promoting pregnancy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with DOR infertility,improve the internal microenvironment of the body,and improve the quality of life of the patients,The curative effect of TCM syndrome was significantly higher than that of Femoston.3.moxibustion with warming kidney and promoting pregnancy can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of DOR infertility patients,and the pregnancy situation is obviously better than that of Femoston.4.the moxibustion method of warming kidney and promoting pregnancy had no adverse reactions during the treatment,and the medication safety was higher than that of Femoston. |
