Observation On The Clinical Effect Of The Self-made BiTong Cream In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Meridian

Objective:Through randomized controlled observation,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the self-made Bitong cream in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung meridian type,so as to provide an effective preparation for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:In this study,80 children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(oral administration of desloratadine dry suspension,combined with the self-made Bitong cream to wipe the nasal cavity)and the control group(only oral administration of deslor atadine dry suspension).All the patients were treated for one week as a course of treatment.During the treatment period,the symptoms and signs of the children were recorded in detail every day.The time of relief of common nasal symptoms and the scores of symptoms and signs after treatment were observed.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Result:1.The relief time of sneezing,rhinopruritus,runny nose and nasal obstruction in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.In the treatment group,the time to relieve the common nasal symptoms and the total effective rate of the treatment were better than those of the alone oral medicine group.There was no obvious adverse event in the whole research process,which indicated that the self-made Bitong cream was safe and effective,and worth further clinical promotionConclusion:Compared with the western medicine alone,combined with the self-made Bi Tong cream,the curative effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis is more significant and the onset time is faster.The self-made Bitong cream has no obvious adverse reactions after external use,and the patient’s compliance is high,so it is suitable for clinical application.
