| Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical value of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of closed middle and lower tibial fractures.Method:60 patients with closed middle and lower tibial fractures,Hospitalized in Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into 30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group. The control group was treated routinely after using MIPO technique, and the treatment group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction after operation on the basis of the control group to observe the recent clinical effect of the two groups after treatment.Results:1.The treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01)in improving the degree of swelling and pain after operation.2.The related indexes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were as follows:2 days after operation, the PT,APTT,TT and D-dimer of the two groups showed an increasing trend, and FIB showed a decreasing trend;some indexes were statistically significant difference(P <0.05).7 days after operation, the PT,APTT and TT of the two groups were significantly increased, and the FIB was significantly decreased;the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).The D-dimer was decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P >0.05).3.johner-wruhs efficacy evaluation: the curative effect score of the two groups after 6months of operation showed that the data of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with MIPO technique is effective in the treatment of closed middle and lower tibia fractures, which can effectively reduce the swelling and pain of the affected limbs after operation, and can effectively improve the hypercoagulatity of the blood after operation and prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity. |
