| Objective:To statistically analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome types in 426 patients with type 2 diabetes, and to explore the correlation between insulin levels and glucose and lipid metabolism levels between different types of syndromes, and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Materials and Methods:The clinical data of inpatients who were admitted to the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhangqiu District Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected, and 426 were screened according to the 2017 version of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes.Patients, using SPSS20.0 software, performed a descriptive analysis on the general information of patients,TCM syndrome types, laboratory test results and comorbidities. The distribution pattern of syndrome types and the differences of C peptide insulin level, glucose and lipid metabolism and other indexes among different TCM syndrome types were analyzed.Results:1.Distribution rule of syndrome type:spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type is the most common, and the proportion is the highest. The decreasing in sequence is:dampness and heat stagnation type, yin deficiency and internal heat type,Qi and yin deficiency type, liver depression and fire transformation type.2.Related factors:among 426 patients with type 2 diabetes,246(57.7%)were male with an average age of 57.1 years,180(42.3%)were female with an average age of 55.3 years. The majority of them were in the age group of 50-70 years(60.6%),of which 105 were smokers(24.7%),85 were drinkers(20.0%),38 had a family history of hypertension(8.9%),198 had a family history of diabetes(46.5%).In terms of age, compared with Qi and yin deficiency, spleen deficiency and dampness resistance, dampness heat stagnation and liver stagnation and fire transformation have statistical significance;in terms of course, compared with liver stagnation and fire transformation, the other four groups have statistical significance;WC value compared with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance, dampness heat stagnation and liver stagnation and fire transformation have statistical significance. There was no significant difference in BMI between different types.Among the diabetes related complications, the incidence rate and the number of complications of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction were the highest in all types, and the lowest in Qi and yin deficiency syndrome. The highest incidence of AS was found in all syndromes.3.Related indicators:according to statistics, there is a large abnormal proportion of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with diabetes;among different TCM syndromes, the average level of glycosylated blood red egg of Qi Yin deficiency type is the highest;the average level of glycosylated blood red egg of liver stagnation type is the lowest;the fasting blood glucose level and pancreatic islet resistance index of yin deficiency type are the highest;the fasting blood glucose level of Qi Yin deficiency type is the lowest;the insulin of dampness heat stagnation type is the lowest The resistance index was the lowest. The level of triglyceride of dampness heat stagnation type is the highest;the level of triglyceride of yin deficiency and internal heat type is the lowest;the level of cholesterol of liver depression and fire melting type is the highest;the level of cholesterol of spleen deficiency dampness resistance type is the lowest. Conclusions:The proportion of males and the average age of patients with type 2 diabetes is slightly higher than that of women;those with a family history of diabetes have a significantly higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes than other patients. The spleen deficiency dampness type is the main TCM syndrome type of type 2 diabetes in these hospitals. The course of disease and WC of different TCM syndromes are significantly different. There was no significant statistical difference in BMI.AS is the most common complication of emaciation-thirst disease.Glucose and lipid levels and insulin levels were clearly abnormal in patients with emaciation-thirst disease.Different TCM syndrome types have significant differences in glycated hemoglobin and fasting glucose and insulin levels. |
