The Pathogenesis Of Ulcerative Colitis And The Relevant Academic Experience Of Professor Zhang Qingxiang

Objective:To explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes of ulcerative colitis by investigating the clinical epidemiology,TCM syndromes and related literatures of ulcerative colitis,and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis by combining the TCM syndrome differentiation experience and medication rule of Professor Zhang Qingxiang.Methods:This study adopts the method of combining theoretical discussion with clinical research.In theory,we can explore the origin and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and improve the theoretical system of TCM.In the aspect of clinical research,the clinical epidemiological investigation combined with data statistics was used to collect the patients diagnosed as ulcerative colitis and to collate the characteristics and clinical manifestations of the patients.In addition,data mining of Professor Zhang Qingxiang’s medical records is carried out to explore the TCM syndromes and medication of the disease,and then to discuss.Results:1.Theoretical discussion:through the study of TCM classics and related literature,it is found that liver and spleen dysfunction may lead to ulcerative colitis,in which the basic pathogenesis mainly lies in the dysfunction of the medium coke qi machine,which leads to the flow of water,dampness and blood stasis poison to the intestine.Focusing on the whole concept of TCM,according to the theory of "treating zang-organ for fu-organ disease" and "treating viscera with different diseases",we should adjust the qi machine of liver and spleen,reconcile qi and blood and adjust the psychological state of patients in time,so as to make human health and the function of intestine and anus recover.2.Clinical research:It is divided into epidemiological investigation research and relevant academic experience research of Professor Zhang Qingxiang.(1)The results of clinical investigation show that there are more men than women with ulcerative colitis,and the majority of middle-aged people aged 40-59 have other digestive diseases or symptoms and signs.The results showed that spleen deficiency and liver depression and qi stagnation and dampness obstruction accounted for the majority of ulcerative colitis.(2)A brief analysis of Professor Zhang Qingxiang’s medical records shows that Professor Zhang Qingxiang’s diagnosis and treatment is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation of the viscera,and the pathogenesis of diarrhea and abdominal pain is more responsible for the liver and spleen,followed by the kidney and stomach.Professor Zhang attaches great importance to the treatment of liver edema machine conditioning,make good use of Bupleurum prescription and Jianpi Yiqi prescription plus or minus,with the central middle energizer organs as the hub,stimulate the body’s self-healing function.Conclusion:Ulcerative colitis belongs to the category of diarrhea and abdominal pain,and its pathogenesis lies in liver depression and spleen,qi failing to promote water transformation.Its direct manifestation is the large intestine and anus transmission opening and closing function is abnormal,but its root cause lies in depression and stagnation of qi movement and middle energizer governing transformation is not good,thus causes the qi and blood to be out of harmony,thus causes the phlegm dampness blood stasis and the meat rot collaterals to fail,then affects his dirty for a long time,finally forms the vicious circle.Therefore,clinical diagnosis and treatment should follow concept of holism of treating zang-organ for fuorgan disease,adjust qi machine from liver and spleen,promote the body’s self-repair ability,and rebuild the virtuous circle of water valley transportation.
