Clinical Observation Of Xinkai Kujiang Method Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Cold And Heat Mixed Type)

Objective:Through XinkaiKujiang method in treating of reflux esophagitis(cold and heat mixed type)clinical observation,to assess the curative effect and the impact on the health of body and mind.Methods:Selected 50 reflux esophagitis(cold and heat mixed type)in patients with clinical observation,according to patients has numbered the before and after the treatment of self control observation method,gives Hejie Jiangni prescription,daily 1 agent,with the 150 ml warm water flushes the clothing and lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the indexes were observed and analyzed.Results:In 50 cases of patients after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome rate was 95.74%;before treatment and after treatment of the syndrome integral were 22.09 ± 4.25,5.36±4.83,through statistical analysis,Z=-5.973,P<0.01,there was significant difference statistically,there was significant difference statistically,with statistical significance;main symptoms before and after treatment secondary symptoms and signs integral comparison(P<0.01),Under gastroscope performance efficacy rate was 89.36%,before treatment and after treatment of the syndrome integral were 3.48±1.31,1.31±1.14,before treatment and after treatment of the depression integral were 13.91±3.03,5.00±1.68,before treatment and after treatment of the anxiety integral were 14.68 ± 3.66,5.16 ± 1.41,before treatment and after treatment of the quality of life integral were5.04±0.78,1.53±0.78,the recurrence rate after treatment ends was10.63%,by statistical analysis,the results has statistical significance.Conclusions:1.TheXinkaiKujiang method can effectively improve the clinical symptom and quality of life of the patients with cold and heat of reflux esophagitis.2.TheXinkaiKujiang method can improve the inflammation of the mucosal membrane under the gastric mirror of patients with cold and heat of reflux esophagitis.3.TheXinkaiKujiang method can reduce the anxiety and depression integral of the patien with the cold and heat of reflux esophagitis.
