Efficacy Of Qihong Powder On Heart Failure Patients With Ejection Fraction Retention Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Qihong Powder can treat HFPEF patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Fifty-six patients with HFPEF who were hospitalized from April 2020 to March 2021 and diagnosed with heart failure by Western medicine and syndrome differentiation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis by Chinese medicine were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was given oral vasodilator,ventricular rate control,diuretic drugs such as benazepril,metoprolol succinate,spironolactone,furosemide,isosorbide mononitrate and trimetazidine,and the medication and dosage were adjusted appropriately according to the severity of the patient’s condition.The experimental group was additively treated with Qihong powder.Patients in both groups were treated for 1 month.Comparison of LVEF,NT-Pro BNP,E/e’,TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores before and after treatment in the two groups.RESULTS:After treatment,56 patients were compared with LVEF and NT-Pro BNP before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared,suggesting that the experimental group had better effect after treatment.According to the comparison of TCM syndrome scores of two groups of patients,before and after treatment in each group,(P<0.05),and before and after treatment in two groups of patients with the main syndrome of"asthma,palpitation" and the secondary syndrome of "fatigue,spontaneous sweating"symptom score comparison,suggesting that the experimental group after treatment effect is more obvious.As for the comparison of E/E before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group,there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).According to the comparison of life scales between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,each group before and after treatment,(P<0.05),and two groups of patients after different treatment,the effect of the experimental group after treatment is better than the control group.Conclusion:Qihong Powder has a significant effect on the treatment of HFPEF patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,which can be used as a new research idea for the treatment of HFPEF patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.
