Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) With Sishen Pill And Zhenren Yangzang Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sishen Pill and Zhenren Yangzang Decoction treat diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficie ncy syndrome),and assess its effectiveness and safety,enrich clinical experience.Methods:There were 72 patients diagnosed with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)were recruited from the Department of Lier,Spleen and Gastric Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases each group by computer generated random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Sishen Pill and Zhenren Yangzang Decoction,while the control group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Granule,both groups were taken continuously for 28 days.Recorded symptom score and IBS-SSS score before and after treatment,use SPSS22.0 statistical software to calculate and analyze data to get test results.Results:According to statistics,63 patients in the two groups completed the trial,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of total curative effects after treatment:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured(25.81%),14 cases were markedly effective(45.16%),7 cases were effective(22.58%),2 cases were ineffective(6.45%),and the total effective rate was 93.55%;in the control group,4 cases were cured(12.5%),10 cases were markedly effective(31.25%),12 cases were effective(37.5%),6 cases were ineffective(18.75%),and the total effective rate was 81.25%.(2)Comparison of total score of syndrome after treatment:There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparing the scores of diarrhea,abdominal cold pain,soreness of waist and knees and cold limbs(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in syndrome score of undesired diet(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of IBS-SSS scores after treatment:The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Sishen pill and Zhenren yangzang Decoction treat diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)is superior to Jianpi Yishen granule in the overall efficacy.It has outstanding effect in improving diarrhea,abdominal cold pain,waist and knee soreness and cold limbs.It can reduce the IBS-SSS score of patients,improve the quality of life,which can be commonly popularized in clinic.
