Purpose: To determine the clinical effect of floating acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation)by comparing the curative effect of floating acupuncture combined with common acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathyMaterial and method: In this study,60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation)who met the inclusion criteria were screened from the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)according to the method of coin toss, with 30 patients in each group The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and the experimental group was treated with floating acupuncture after ordinary acupuncture.Cervical dysfunction index(NDI)score and visual analog pain score(VAS)of the patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and 3 weeks after the end of treatment. The changes of the condition and the remission of treatment were observed by statistical calculation score, and the clinical efficacy was obtained SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the recorded data after treatment Results:1.After treatment by the two methods, the NDI score of cervical spine dysfunction index decreased significantly compared with that before, indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of floating acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture was better than that of ordinary acupuncture alone, and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.After treatment,VAS scores of patients in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the control group and the experimental group had a good effect on pain relief, and the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the experimental group, the control group was poor in alleviating clinical symptoms.3.At the follow-up 3 weeks after the end of treatment, the VAS score and NDI score in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the effect of floating needle plus traditional acupuncture is not only better than traditional acupuncture but also more stable and lasting. Conclusion: Floating needle combined with ordinary acupuncture for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a good effect, can effectively relieve the neck, shoulder and upper limb radiation pain and discomfort, alleviate clinical symptoms. It is of great significance to develop a new treatment method for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation). |
