Summarize The Medication Rule Of Professor Yang Lihua In The Treatment Of MCI In The Elderly Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:The outpatient medical cases of elderly patients with Mild cognitive impairment treated by Prof.Yang Lihua were used as the main research object.Based on data mining technology,the TCMISS(V2.5)software was applied to analyze the medication characteristics of Prof.Yang Lihua in treating elderly patients with MCI.Methods: The cases of elderly patients with MCI received by Prof.Yang Lihua in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were collected,screened and standardized,and finally included in 306 medical cases for study,and entered into the TCM inheritance assistance platform,and Data mining technology such as frequency statistics,rule analysis,and complex system entropy clustering were applied,combined with Prof.Yang Lihua The data results were analyzed by applying Data mining technology such as frequency statistics,rule analysis and complex system entropy clustering,combined with Prof.Yang Lihua ’s clinical experience,and summarized Prof.Yang Lihua ’s Prescription regularity for the treatment of MCI in the elderly.Results: In this study,a total of cases containing five evidence types were collected,namely,phlegm-stasis interconnection evidence,spleen-kidney yang deficiency evidence,liver-kidney yin deficiency evidence,heart-spleen deficiency evidence,and qi-depressionphlegm coagulation evidence.Forty-eight high-frequency drugs,154 medication patterns,160 formula rules,54 potential core combinations,and 27 potential new herbal combinations were analyzed,including 9 new herbal combinations with clinical application value.Conclusion: When treating MCI in the elderly,Prof.Yang Lihua always bases her treatment on the deficiency of the internal organs,and focuses on the influence of phlegm,stasis and other real evil pathological factors on the body’s yin and yang.The clinical efficacy of the treatment is positive and worth promoting.
