Using Data Mining To Study The Prescription Law Of Professor Leng Yan’s Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:Through using data mining technology,the author concluded,summarized and analyzed the prescription law in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,summarized the clinical experience and academic ideas of the tutor to provide the new treatment for the disease after collecting the medical records of Professor Leng Yan in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods: The patients were treated by professor Leng Yan in the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2020 to November2022.A total of 193 eligible prescriptions for the treatment of functional dyspepsia were selected by summarizing and sorting out.Based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,the 193 eligible prescriptions were carried out basic information statistics and established for the study.Basic information statistics were conducted,and the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform was used to perform cluster analysis on the frequency of herbal medicines,grouping rules,and core drug combinations for each evidence type,and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.General situation: A ratio of the male and female was 1:1.38,193 patients included in this study;The age range of patients was mainly 30-60 years old;2.The physical constitution of patients with this disease was the damp-heat statistically at most,followed by qi4 depression and qi4 vacuity.The distribution of TCM symptoms was the spleen-stomach damp-heat at most,followed by liver-stomach disharmony and spleen deficiency-qi stagnation;3.The statistical results of the frequency of single drug showed that 193 prescriptions included 149 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2870.The top 5traditional Chinese medicines in terms of frequency were bupleurum,poria,scutellaria,cuttlebone and coptis.The herbs were mainly warm and cold.These were also pungent,bitter and sweet.The statistical results of meridian tropism showed that the drugs entering the spleen meridian appeared most frequently,followed by the drugs in the lung meridian,stomach meridian and liver meridian.The statistical results of drug efficacy showed that the frequency of Chinese herbal medicine with heat clearing and dampness drying effect was the most,followed by fire purging and detoxification;4.The results of association rules showed that the drug combinations with a total occurrence of more than 50 were as follows: bupleurum-scutellaria,galangal-cuttlebone,fresh rehmannia-bupleurum,pinellia-poria;5.The results of drug syndrome correlation showed that professor Leng Yan often used pinellia,bupleurum,scutellaria and other drugs to treat functional dyspepsia with liver stomach disharmony syndrome,codonopsis,cassia twig,coptis,pinellia,poria,cuttlebone and other drugs to treat patients with cold heat mixed syndrome,gentian,plantago seed,cuttlebone,gardenia,alisma,fresh rehmannia,coptis,scutellaria and other drugs to treat patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome.Professor Leng Yan used dried ginger,astragalus root,cassia twig and rhizoma atractylodis to treat patients with spleen-stomach vacuity.For patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,professor Leng Yan often used rhizoma atractylodis,costusroot,white peony,poria and Chinese angelica as the main drugs;6.Cluster analysis showed that there were four drug combinations: Group 1:bupleurum,scutellaria,costusroot,oyster shell,cuttlebone,lesser galangal,Chinese angelica,alisma,fresh rehmannia,gardenia;Group 2: unripe bitter orange,poria,dried tangerine peel;Group 3: rhizoma atractylodis,cassia twig,white peony,astragalus root;Group 4: coptis,pinellia,codonopsis;7.Through the analysis of complex network,the core drugs in professor Leng Yan’s commonly used prescriptions were:bupleurum,Chinese angelica,fresh rehmannia,pinellia,scutellaria,galangal,poria,cuttlebone;Conclusion: In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,Prof.Leng Yan focuses on clearing the liver and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and harmonizing the stomach,supplemented by dipping fire and detoxifying toxins,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,warming the middle and nourishing deficiency,and using both cold and warm to regulate the qi of the internal organs and restore their functions.Most of the drugs used are bupleurum,poria,scutellaria,cuttlebone,coptis and so on.The clinical efficacy is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
