| Children have the characteristics of lack of health knowledge and strong plasticity.Rural preschool teachers are the main enlighteners of rural early childhood education,and shoulder the dual mission of knowledge education and health education.Their health literacy level has a profound impact on the healthy growth of children.At present,there are many problems in Rural Kindergartens,such as imperfect facilities,many hidden dangers of safety,lack of preschool teachers,etc.,which lead to frequent health incidents of children and teachers.This paper,through the questionnaire of rural preschool teachers’ health literacy,combined with in-depth interview research,understand the status quo of this group health literacy,analyze the existing problems,and then put forward countermeasures,to provide a feasible way for the improvement of rural preschool teachers’ health literacy.The research results of this paper are divided into three parts as follows:The first part shows the current situation of rural preschool teachers’ health literacy.First,according to the characteristics of rural preschool teachers’ demographics,the paper analyzes the scores of health literacy,points out that the rate of health literacy is only 9.10%,and the health literacy in health knowledge and concept,infectious disease prevention and safety and emergency is the most lacking.Secondly,the cross table analysis of survey data points out the distribution law of health literacy rate in Sociology of population such as teaching age and age.Thirdly,the author uses the bonfreney comparison method in the post multiple comparison to test the influence of the demographics factors on the health literacy scores of rural preschool teachers respectively,and points out whether the difference of internal scores of factors has statistical significance.Finally,the paper analyzes the five dimensions of health literacy by binary logistic regression,points out the key factors that affect the availability rate of five dimensions,and the advantages ratio of different classification within the factors.The second part points out the main problems of rural preschool teachers in health literacy.In terms of health literacy,there are some problems such as lack of basic knowledge and outdated concept of health,which is the primary factor of low health literacy;It is the key factor of low health literacy that health knowledge can not be transformed into healthy lifestyle and behavior.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing population sociology such as age,teaching age,education background,specialty,kindergarten nature,whether children have children and the number of health training,this paper points out how to ensure the stability of rural preschool teachers,train a large number of pre-school education teachers with corresponding education background,and raise the proportion of rural public kindergartens,It is also a few problems to be solved to improve the health literacy of rural preschool teachers,and also points out the direction for the research of the next improvement path.The third part points out that the improvement of rural preschool teachers’ health literacy requires the joint efforts of relevant government departments,universities,educational training and education institutions,Rural Kindergartens and teachers,and the cooperation of them to achieve the expected effect.As the government authority,one is to expand the channels of preschool education teachers training and alleviate the lack of preschool teachers;Second,optimize the curriculum setting of various training schools for preschool teachers;Third,the emphasis is on the rural kindergarten and teachers while expanding the resources of early childhood education;Fourth,improve the treatment and professional identity of rural preschool teachers,so that rural preschool teachers can stabilize.At kindergarten level: health literacy evaluation should be taken as an integral part of the entrance examination;At the same time,we should actively carry out the training of health literacy training.As a rural preschool teacher,we should not only establish the consciousness of independent learning and lifelong learning,but also explore new learning methods and explore learning paths by using Internet technology. |
