Research purposes: by observing the clinical manifestations of the self-designed Qiguiguben decoction in the treatment of middle and late stage malignant tumor patients with sweating syndrome of Qi blood deficiency,TCM syndrome integral,KPS score,CD4+ / CD8 + ratio and safety indicators,assessment of the self-designed Qiguiguben decoction in improving patients’ symptoms such as spontaneous sweating,night sweats,improve survival quality and so on,for the clinical treatment of cancer-related sweating syndrome provides a good method and train of thought.Methods: 72 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients with Qi blood deficiency type of sweating syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,while maintaining the original scheme on the basis of treatment,treatment group of 36 cases with the self-designed Qiguiguben decoction orally(150 ml/time,3 times/day),and 36 cases in the control group were treated with Shiquandabu pill orally(8 pills/times,3times/day),two groups of patients treatment for 14 consecutive days.Through the observation records,the TCM syndrome score,KPS score,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and safety indexes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed respectively between the two groups,so as to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Both treatment schemes in the two groups can improve various TCM syndromes of patients to a certain extent,but through comparison,it is found that the treatment group has more advantages than the control group in improving the symptoms of spontaneous or night sweats,shortness of breath,lazy speech,mental fatigue,dizziness,insomnia and other symptoms.2.After the end of treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,but the total TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group improved more significantly than those in the control group.3.After the evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups of patients,it was found that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group on the 7th and14 th days after the end of the treatment course.4.By comparing the Karnofsky scores of the two groups after treatment,it was found that the Karnosky scores of the two groups were higher than before,but the improvement of Karnosky scores of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.5.After treatment,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in both groups was within the normal range,and there was no abnormal effect on the immune function.6.In the course of the study,there were no significant abnormalities in vital signs and safety indicators before and after treatment in patients of the two groups,no adverse reactions occurred,and no obvious drug toxic and side effects.Conclusion: This study found that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group in improving TCM syndromes and improving KPS score was better than that of the control group for patients with perspiration syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood in middle and late malignant tumors.The results showed that the self-designed Qiguiguben Decoction had a significant clinical effect on the patients with perspiration syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood in middle and late malignant tumors through syndrome differentiation and treatment.No significant abnormalities were observed in the safety indicators during the study,no adverse reactions occurred,and no obvious drug toxic and side effects were observed. |
