Study Of Professor Meng Ru’s Prescription And Medication Principles In Treating Rheumatism Based On Data Minin

Objective: Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform system to analyze the effective prescriptions of Professor Meng Ru for treating rheumatism,and to summarize the rules of his medication,with a extra view on the experience of well-known Chinese medicine doctors in treating rheumatism.Methods: By collecting and sorting out a total of 480 cases of rheumatism(yin and yang poison,gout,arthritis,osteoarthritis)in the outpatient clinic of Professor Meng Ru from2008 to 2018,and using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5),by realizing the processing of data for “entry,management,query,analysis,and result output " for medical records and prescriptions,and making statistics on the relationships between “disease,symptom,syndrome,method,and prescription",by analyzing and quantifying the experiences of differentiation of treatments,and summarizing the rules of medication.Results:1.According to the "frequency statistics" of drugs,the top 30 traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of rheumatism were: licorice,rehmannia,poria,chuanxiong rizhoma,alisma,ophiopogon japonicus,angelica,schisandra,peony peel,chinese yam,atractylodes,white peony,astragalus,radix lucidum,ligustrum lucidum,achyranthes bidentata,eclipta prostrata,cornus officinalis,coix seed,bupleurum,morus parasiticum,red peony root,eucommia ulmoides,angelica grosserata root,anemarrhena,pseudostellaria chinensis,adenophora lucidum,achyranthes,clematis chinensis,and pinellia ternata.The treatment mainly consists of cold,warm,and calming medicines,combined with sweet,bitter,and pungent medicines,and medicines that target liver,kidney,spleen,heart,and lung meridians.2.According to the analysis of "prescription rule",the seven most closely related medicines are: rehmannia,peony peel,chinese yam,poria,alisma,ophiopogon japonicus and schisandra.3.According to the statistics of "symptom frequency",480 cases of medical records show a total of 195 symptoms.The most common are joint pain,red tongue,thin white coating,dry mouth,pale red tongue,slippery pulse,poor sleep,facial erythema,yellow urine,and thin pulse strings.After "clustering analysis",22 core symptom combinations were obtained,and 11 new symptom combinations were further integrated.4.Through the analysis of "key symptoms" and "key drugs",the top 10 key symptoms are: joint pain,dry mouth,red tongue,yellow urine,thin white coating,sore waist and knees,fatigue,pale red tongue,facial erythema,aversion to cold.The top 10 key drugs are:rehmannia,poria,licorice,ophiopogon,alisma,chuanxiong rizhoma,angelica,chinese yam,peony peel,schisandra.5.“Syndrome statistics” show that the 7 mot common complex pathogenesis syndromes are: liver and kidney yin deficiency,damp-heat internal accumulation syndrome;liver and kidney yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis mutual accumulation syndrome;liver stagnation and qi stagnation,phlegm stasis mutual accumulation syndrome;liver and kidney deficiency,damp-heat internal accumulation syndrome;liver and kidney Insufficiency,lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome;liver and kidney deficiency,cold-dampness syndrome;phlegm and blood stasis,wind-cold and dampness syndrome.6.According to the prescription analysis,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Erzhi Pills,Shengmai Powder,Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Juanbi Decoction,and Guzhizhengsheng Pills are the most commonly used.7.Based on the distribution of syndrome types in the "syndrome statistics" module of "medical case statistics" to obtain the prescription relationship,the 3 common complex syndromes of yin and yang toxin are: the syndromes of liver and kidney yin deficiency and internal accumulation of damp-heat;liver and kidney yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis mutual syndrome;liver stagnation and qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis syndromes.The yin deficiency and phlegm Stasis is the most basic pathological element that is mainly treated from the aspect of yin and blood.Medicines for nourishing yin and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation and cooling blood are commonly used.The 2 complex syndromes of arthritis are: liver and kidney deficiency,lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome;liver and kidney deficiency,cold-dampness block syndrome.They are based on the weakening of yang qi as the pathological basis,which is the opposite of yin and yang toxin.It is commonly used to warm yang and nourish qi as a treatment.The common complex syndrome of gout is liver and kidney deficiency,damp-heat internal syndrome.It has the same pathological elements as yin and yang toxin,but the main damp-heat is below gout.The prescription is Simiao pills and smilax glabra,dioscoreae septemlobae rhizoma,alisma,and plantago asiatica seed or equivalent.Yin and yang poison is characterized by systemic and diffuse damp-heat,which is easy to involve multiple internal organs.It is necessary to select prescriptions based on disease location,such as Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Xuanmai Ganju Decoction,Zhizhu Pills,Yinchenhaotang and so on.The common complex syndromes of osteoarthritis are phlegm and blood stasis,wind-cold and dampness syndrome,which are often induced by exogenous wind,cold and dampness.One of the two prescriptions takes care of exogenous feelings and eliminates evil,such as Jingfangbaidu powder,Jiuwei Qianghuotang,and so on.The other recipe promotes blood circulation,removes blood stasis,clears meridians,and activates collaterals,such as Danggui Shaoyao San and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Conclusion: Professor Meng Ru carefully observes the pathogenesis of rheumatism,emphasizes the symptom and root cause,treats the symptoms as a whole at the same time,and uses both cold and heat.Most of the treatments nourish liver and kidney,reconcile qi and blood,and eliminate wind and dampness.Facing the complicated pathogenesis of rheumatism,which is a mixture of cold and heat,a mixture of deficiency and excess,and the same disease on the inside and outside,Professor Meng Ru wrote two prescriptions at the same time and took them alternately every other day to avoid interactions between the drugs,and each prescription is about 10 medicines,achieving effectiveness.
