| Objective To conduct statistical research and data mining on the clinical medical records of Professor CaoWei’s treatment of postpartum rheumatism,explore the rules of medication and syndrome treatment of Professor CaoWei’s treatment of postpartum rheumatism,and digitize the diagnosis and treatment experience.Methods To compile and count the medical records of postpartum rheumatism patients who attended the outpatient clinic of Professor Cao Wei from GAM Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020.The medical records were screened according to the intake and discharge criteria of the study of medication rules,and the basic information was preprocessed.,Prescriptions are entered into the EXCEL database,and the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)" software system is used to perform statistical analysis,correlation and cluster analysis on the prescriptions of Chinese medicine;the medical records are screened according to the admission and discharge criteria of the study of syndromes and treatments,and the data is preprocessed Enter the basic information,clinical manifestations,syndrome types,diagnosis,prescriptions and prescriptions into the EXCEL database,and use the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)" software system to perform statistical analysis on the symptoms,syndromes,and prescriptions of Chinese medicine.Results 1.A total of 214 prescriptions were included,with a total of 223 medicines,22 medicines used 50 times or more.60 medicines used more than 20 times,and the highest single medicine was Angelica(1 77 times),and the core medicines were in order For Chinese angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali,Atractylodes macrocephala,Zhigancao,Fuzi,Chuanxiong,Codonopsis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria,etc.,61 pairs of medicines and 44 pairs of horny medicines(compatibility of three medicines)were used more than 50 times.2.Tonic traditional Chinese medicines accounted for 33.90%,and deficiency traditional Chinese medicines accounted for 33.90%,followed by anti-exposure drugs(accounting for 12.94%),clearing away heat(accounting for 10.51%),and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(accounting for 9.58%),rheumatism(accounting for 8.25%),the frequency of use of warm,flat,and cold medicines ranks the top three,accounting for 51.98%,22.52%,and 18.39%of the total frequency;sweet,bitter,and pungent medicines Used more frequently,accounting for 34.98%,30.89%,and 26.06%of the total frequency respectively;the spleen meridian has the most drugs,accounting for 20.78%,followed by the liver meridian(17.21%),the lung meridian(14.30%),and the heart meridian(Accounting for 12.95%),kidney meridian(11.56%).3.Use association rules and entropy clustering to analyze formulating rules.Set the support level to 50 and the confidence level to 0.9.The results show that there are 11 groups of high-frequency-related drugs.The highest correlations are Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica;Rose Flower and Cyperus rotundus;Radix Glycyrrhizae,Atractylodes.Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica;Entropy clustering analysis yields 8 core groups:①Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus,Zhigancao,tangerine peel,Bupleurum,Aconite,Codonopsis pilosula,②White peony root,Guizhi,Angelica,safflower,Zhigancao,Aconite,Duhuo,Astragalus,③Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chuanxiong,Radix Astragali,Bupleurum,Codonopsis,Radix Root,Rose,④Angelica,Atractylodes.Almond.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellaria,Pinellia.Licorice.Zhigancao,⑤Muxiang,Fen Kui,Roasted Licorice,Dipsacus,Dog Ridge,Safflower,Cassia twig,Parsnip,⑥Scutellaria,White Peony,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Coix Seed,Chuan Achyranthes,Atractylodes.Phellodendron,⑦ Angelica,Eucommia,Epimedium,Astragalus,Cuscuta,roasted licorice.Morinda officinalis,⑧angelica,astragalus,Alisma,roasted licorice,chuanxiong.poria.fangfeng.fangji.4.The study of the law of syndrome and treatment included 187 medical records,and statistics showed that 68 cases of Qi-blood deficiency syndrome,41 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.32 cases of cold and damp arthralgia,24 cases of cold and heat complex,22 cases of damp-heat arthralgia syndrome.The main symptoms are muscle soreness(128 times),poor joint movement(105 times),cold limbs(68 nmes),and joint pain(64 times),etc.The secondary symptoms are fatigue(119 times),sleep sounding Poor(86 times),sweating(72 times),chills and bad wind(59 times),poor appetite(59 times),poor mood(57 times),dizziness(49 times),loose stools(44 times),Faint complexion(42 times)and so on.Conclusion Combining the statistical results and the clinical experience of Professor CaoWei,the five major symptoms of postpartum rheumatism can be extracted:joint bone pain,fatigue,sweating,poor mood,and poor sleep sound.Professor CaoWei concluded that the onset of postpartum rheumatism is due to deficiency of qi and blood,dystrophy of liver and kidney,with qi and blood deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and wind-cold dampness syndrome as the main syndrome types.Aiming at the three main symptoms and the five major symptoms.Professor CaoWei’s treatment of postpartum rheumatism advocates replenishing qi and nourishing blood,warming the kidney and strengthening yang,warming meridians and collaterals and relieving pain as the basic therapies.Yiqi Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder or Prescriptions for Warming Kidney and Invigorating Yang,such as Aconite Decoction,Yougui Pills,Jinkui Shenqi Pills,etc.,are supplemented with the main prescriptions for soothing liver and relieving depression.For the concurrent syndromes,the treatment methods include expelling wind and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and calming the liver and relieving depression.Prescription drugs use warm-hot drugs to achieve warming,warming yang,and warming and dissipating methods.The medication emphasizes the use of cold and warm,eliminating and tonic;the drug compatibility is mostly the method of painstaking and pain relief. |
