Objective: To summarize and explore Professor Deng Yue’s clinical medication rules and academic ideas in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods: Professor Deng Yue collected 175 outpatient prescriptions for stable angina pectoris in the past three years.A database of drug frequencies was established.Frequency statistics was used to record the medicinal flavors in the database by SPSS software to find out the occurrence frequency, types and high-frequency medicinal flavors of all medicinal flavors. The distribution of medicinal flavors, their meridians and efficacy in the database was marked by meridian attribution analysis, and clustering was used.To analyze and reveal the general clustering categories of medicinal taste,to explore the medicinal classification and medication rules of Professor Deng Yue’s prescriptions for clinical symptoms through the above-mentioned methods, and to try to expound academic ideas.Results:(1)There were 175 cases of stable angina treated by Professor Deng Yue in the analysis of drug frequency. The frequency of Chinese herbal medicines appearing in the prescription was 2704 times, the types of drugs were 125 times, and the high frequency drugs such as Gansong and Chuanxiong were used.(2)In the analysis of meridian attribution, cold drugs are the most frequently used and warm drugs are the most frequently used;sweet drugs are the most frequently used and acidic drugs are the second most frequently used;the drugs entering the liver meridian are the most frequently used and the drugs entering the heart meridian are the most frequently used;the high-frequency drugs in the database involve 14 main types of efficacy;(3)In the cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs, the total number of classifications is14,which are antipyretic drugs, antipyretic drugs, phlegm and cough-relieving drugs.Among them, the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi and Tonifying Qi are the drugs with the highest frequency in turn.(4)Cluster analysis results showed that the high-frequency drugs in the database were classified into four categories according to their specific conditions. The first category wasLigusticum chuanxiong,Dalbergia odorifera,Astragalus membranaceus and Gansong;the second category was Polygala,Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pinellia ternata,Rhodiola,Corydalis yanhusuo;the third category was Radix Rehmanniae,Poria,Fructus Cucurbitae,Jujube seed,Dangshen,Acorus calamus;and the fourth category was Poria,Coptis chinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Alis Cinnamon,Bupleurum,Paeonia lactiflora,Ophiopogon japonicus,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Fructus Aurantii,Oyster.(5)Conclusion: According to the statistical analysis of prescription drugs in the database,Professor Deng Yue believes that "fuxie" is the main cause of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. In clinical treatment, the main treatment methods are tonifying qi and stasis and eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals. At the same time, based on Qi and blood, the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine should be made good use of tonifying qi,tonifying blood and regulating qi.The flavor of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly glycyrrhetic and pungent drugs,i.e.both cold and heat, attack and tonify. The main characteristic is to apply both methods, and pay attention to the academic thought of protecting human body’s vital energy to suppress evil and phlegm.
