| Objective:This study mainly observes the effect of Xiaoji Huayu Recipe on the prevention and treatment of endometrial polyps(Endometrial Polyps,EPs)by observing menstruation and syndrome manifestations of patients with damp-heat stasis EPs,interleukin 6(IL-6)and y interference(y-IFN)immuno-inflammatory indicators,hemorheological indicators(high-low shear specific viscosity of whole blood,plasma specific viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,hematocrit),vaginal pH,cleanliness and B-ultrasound results objectively evaluate them,and preliminary discussion on the elimination of accumulation.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Xiaoji Huayu Recipe in the prevention and treatment of damp-heat stasis-type EPs after surgery provide new clinical treatment ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of the disease in the future.Methods:A total of 59 postoperative patients with damp-heat stasis EPs were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group.Among them,3 cases were dropped and terminated.The treatment group and the comparison group were 28 cases in each of the treatment group and the comparison group.The treatment group started taking Xiaoji Huayu Decoction on the 7th day after hysteroscopy or on the 3rd day after the cleansing,one dose a day for 20 days,three menstrual cycles as one course of treatment,and one continuous course of treatment.The comparison group took regular follow-up review.Observe the changes in TCM syndrome scores,IL-6 and γ-IFN immuno-inflammatory indexes,blood rheology indexes,vaginal pH,cleanliness,B-ultrasound intima thickness and echo polyps before and after treatment in the two groups,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:Before treatment,the general conditions between the treatment group and the comparison group(age,curettage history,course of disease,etc.),TCM syndrome scores,IL-6,y-IFN,hemorheology indexes,vaginal pH,cleanliness and B-ultrasound endometrial thickness and echo After statistical analysis,the difference is not significant and comparable.1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.86%,the total effective rate of the control group is 46.43%,and the treatment group is superior to the comparison group,indicating that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction can adjust the menstrual pattern of patients with damp-heat and stasis-type EPs and improve the symptoms of patients.Regulating the physical fitness of patients,the curative effect is better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of menstrual status points:After treatment,both groups can reduce menstrual status points but the decline in the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05),and is better than the comparison group(P<0.05).It is suggested that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction has better curative effect in reducing menstrual status points and regulating menstruation.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were below prior treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the comparison group.The discrepancy had statistical significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the syndrome of damp-heat and stasis in patients,and the curative effect is higher than that of the comparison group.4.Comparison of gynecological B-ultrasound results:After treatment,both groups can reduce endometrial thickness,uneven echo and reduce polyps(P<0.05),and the intimal thickness and the number of uneven echo in the treatment group is lower than that in the comparison group,and the difference is statistically significant,the academic significance(P<0.05),the proportion of polyps is less than the control group,indicating that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction can improve the intimal thickness and echo,reduce polyps,and have a more significant effect.5.Comparison of serum IL-6 and r-interferon immune inflammation related indicators:After treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the treatment group were reduced before beginning therapy(P<0.05),and were better than the comparison group(P<0.001),the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction can improve the immune inflammatory state of patients,which is better than that of the comparison group.The IL-6 and r-interferon levels of the control group did not improve significantly before and after treatment.6.Comparison of hemorheology related indicators:After treatment,the treatment group can reduce whole blood high and low shear viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index and hematocrit value(P<0.001),which is better than the comparison group(P<0.05),there was no difference before and after treatment in the comparison group(P>0.05),indicating that the use of Xiaoji Huayu Decoction after operation can improve the blood rheology of EPs patients,reduce blood viscosity,and show the effect of "removing blood stasis".7.Comparison of vaginal pH and cleanliness:After treatment,the number of abnormal pH values in the two groups was reduced compared to before treatment and the number of abnormal pH values in the treatment group was less than that in the comparison group,the result reached statistical significance(P=0.005<0.05),and clean Compared with the previous level(P=0.009<0.05),the treatment group can improve the pH of the vaginal environment,reduce inflammation,and maintain the balance of the vaginal environment compared with the comparison group.8.Comparison of polyp recurrence:3 months after the drug was stopped,the patients who were cured effective and effective after treatment were followed up and re-examined.The recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was 7.69%,and the recurrence rate of the comparison group was 30.76%.In the control group.It shows that Xiaoji Huayu Decoction can better remove polyps and reduce the recurrence rate.9.During the treatment period,no adverse clinical reactions,explained in this study,clinical practice good security.Conclusion:Xiaoji Huayu Recipe can adjust the menstrual pattern of patients with damp-heat stasis endometrial polyps,improve TCM syndromes,improve the level of inflammatory factors and blood rheology in the body,balance the vaginal environment,reduce endometrial thickness and uneven echo.Inhibiting endometrial hyperplasia and reducing the recurrence rate has a good effect and good safety.It is an effective prescription for the prevention and treatment of endometrial polyps with damp-heat stasis after hysteroscopy. |
