| Objective: To observe the application of Bu zhong Gui zhi Decoction in the treatment of patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of early knee osteoarthritis, and to record and statistically analyze its clinical efficacy score and safety,so as to provide corresponding theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical orthopaedic clinicians in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of early knee osteoarthritis. Methods: In this study by collecting in February 2020 to January 2021 in the Guangxi Bone Injury Hospital during hospital outpatient department of orthopedics patients,in line with the western medicine in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, the early diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine for knee bi disease, syndrome of kidney deficiency syndrome of the 72 patients, patients will be included in the standard according to random number table method is divided into two groups: control group(36 cases):treatments for conventional western medicine treatment, western medicine routine treatment including celecoxib capsules orally and foundation treatment, foundation treatment contains health education and exercise therapy;Observation group(36 cases): On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine, the treatment scheme was supplemented with Bu zhong Gui zhi Decoction. The treatment period of both groups in this study was 4 weeks.Evaluation into the study of the two groups of patients before treatment generally basic situation(including gender, age, course of the disease, weight, side),visual analogue scale(VAS score),pain,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score,2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment or follow-up and record two groups respectively pain in patients with visual analogue scale(VAS score),WOMAC score and TCM symptom score data.Of two groups of patients before and after treatment through SPSS25.0 visual analog pain score(VAS score),WOMAC score and TCM symptoms curative effect evaluation data statistical analysis, using IBM SPSS25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of measurement data to mean add and subtract the standard deviation((?)+s)said, count data by chi-square test, accord with normal distribution with t test,if do not conform to the normal distribution with rank and inspection, measurement data with median, quartile said.P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Final efficacy and safety assessments were made based on statistical analysis results. Results: 1.A total of 72 subjects were included in this study, which were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. There were no shedding or exclusion cases during the study, and a total of 72 cases were completed. Before treatment, gender, distribution of affected side, age, course of disease, weight,VAS score,WOAMC score and TCM symptom score were recorded and compared between the two groups. The differences were not statistically significant and comparable, with P > 0.05.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score in 2 groups were all improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical significance in VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score between 2 groups(P > 0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score in 2 groups were all improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score between 2 groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.4.During the study, there was no aggravation of the original knee joint symptoms, nausea and vomiting, systemic rash with pruritus or severe poisoning, etc.(such as chest tightness, palpitation, limb convulsions, abdominal pain and diarrhea, etc.),indicating good safety. Conclusion: 1.Bu zhong Gui zhi Decoction and conventional western medicine can effectively treat early KOA liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, relieve pain and improve function.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,Bu zhong Gui zhi Decoction plus/minus combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was superior to the simple western medicine treatment group in terms of improving VAS score,WOMAC score and TCM symptom score of patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of early knee osteoarthritis.3.The effect of Bu zhong Gui zhi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment group was better than that of conventional western medicine treatment group alone in this study, and no adverse reactions were observed. As a treatment plan with good effect, less side effects and low cost,it should be promoted clinically for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome in the early stage of KOA. |
