| Objective:Through the treatment of "Strengthen Spleen and Stomach Via Consolidate Ben yuan" acupoint group to observe the changes of the efficacy evaluation index of abdominal obesity patients before and after treatment,compare the differences between the two groups of patients,explore the effective treatment of abdominal obesity,and provide a certain basis for clinical application.Methods: In this study,66 patients with abdominal obesity were selected as the observation object,and the qualified subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 33 patients in each group by clinical randomized control method.The observation group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoints of "Strengthen Spleen and Stomach Via Consolidate Ben yuan" acupoint group,once treated every 2 weeks,2 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of it.The control group was treated with acupuncture in the same acupoint group,each treatment lasted for 30 minutes,once every other day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of it.The data changes of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,WHTR,TG,HDL-C,VAI and LAP in patients with abdominal obesity before and after treatment were observed,and the statistical software SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)Comparison between group: There were no significant differences in TG,HDL-C,VAI and LAP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there were after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between WHTR groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight,BMI and waist circumference between the two groups before treatment and during follow-up(P>0.05),but there were after treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of observation group was better than control group.(2)Comparison within the group: There were significant differences in body weight,BMI,waist circumference,WHt R,TG,HDL-C,VAI and LAP within the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The body weight,BMI and waist circumference of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment and at the 12 th week of follow-up(P<0.05),but there were not at the 16 th week of follow-up(P>0.05).The decrease rate of body weight,BMI and waist circumference in this group gradually slowed down with time after treatment(P<0.05).The body weight,BMI and waist circumference of the control group decreased significantly after treatment and at the 12 th week of follow-up(P<0.05),but there were not at the 16 th week of follow-up(P>0.05).The decreasing rate of body weight and BMI in this group gradually slowed down over time after treatment(P<0.05),and the decreasing value of waist circumference was significantly different at the 12 th week of follow-up(P<0.05),but was not at the 16 th week of follow-up(P>0.05).(3)Comprehensive efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.87%,and the control group was 68.75%.The curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group.(4)Safety evaluation: In the course of treatment,3 patients developed subcutaneous sclerosis,which disappeared within 7-10 days without treatment;Five patients had 1-2 local mild bruises at acupoints,which were not treated and dissipated within 1-2 weeks.No other adverse reactions or serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:(1)The stimulation of "Strengthen Spleen and Stomach Via Consolidate Ben yuan" acupoint group can effectively treat abdominal obesity.(2)The catgut implantation at acupoint in the "Strengthen Spleen and Stomach Via Consolidate Ben yuan" acupoint group can effectively reduce the body weight,BMI,waist circumference and WHt R of patients with abdominal obesity,reduce the serum TG content,increase the HDL-C content,reduce the VAI,LAP,and the risk of various complications,improve visceral fat content and lipid accumulation degree.(3)The catgut implantation at acupoint in the "Strengthen Spleen and Stomach Via Consolidate Ben yuan" acupoint group was better than simple acupuncture treatment in this acupoint group. |
