Study On Zhang Qingxiang’s Clinical Experience For The Treatment Of Chest Impediment Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on data mining technology,this study summarized Professor Zhang Qingxiang’s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of chest impediment,expecting to provide references for clinical study of chest impediment.Methods: This study adopted the method of data mining and theoretical research.1.Through carding the literature,we explored the connotation and denotation of chest impediment,etiology,pathogenesis and prevention methods.2.151 clinical cases of Professor Zhang Qingxiang in chest impediment treatment were selected,and SPSS 26.0and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results: This study investigated chest impediment from both theoretical and clinical aspects.Theoretical study shows that chest impediment is a kind of zang-fu organ arthralgia,involving heart,lung,upper-energizer and other parts.The concept of chest impediment was divided into broad sense and narrow sense.The broad meaning covers many lesions in heart,lung,throat,esophagus and so on.The narrow meaning mainly refers to heart disease.We also summarized professor Zhang Qingxiang’s academic experience in treating chest impediment.For diagnostics,visceral and Qi-blood syndrome differentiation were most frequently used,and syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver exuberance,stagnation of qi and phlegm were most frequently identified.The pathogenesis was mainly liver stagnation.For treatment,qi-regulating and tonifying medicinal were most frequently used.The medicinal property was mostly warm and mild,the main flavor of medicine was bitter,sweet and pungent,and they mostly pertain to meridians of spleen,lung and liver.In this study,7 groups of common couplet medicines and 4 common prescriptions were obtained by using data mining technology.Conclusion: Chest impediment is rich in connotation,complicated in etiology and pathogenesis,and its location of disease is closely related to upper-energizer.Professor Zhang Qingxiang attached importance to accurate exploration of pathogenesis,and was good at syndrome differentiation by combining visceral syndrome differentiation and Qi-blood syndrome differentiation.In treatment,he advocated regulating qi as the main principle,adjusting physiological and psychological function and simultaneous treatment on psycho-cardiology.
