Summarize Director Zhang Yan’s Experience Of Headache Diagnosis And Treatment Based On Data Mining

Objective: In this study,the data mining technology was used to sort out and make statistics on the outpatient medical records of Director Yan Zhang ’s treatment of primary headache.The statistical results were analyzed and combined with the experience of teachers,so as to explore the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of Director Yan Zhang in the diagnosis and treatment of primary headache,providing new ideas and new experience for the diagnosis and treatment of primary headache.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the outpatient medical records of Director Yan Zhang ’s treatment of primary headache were screened,and the screened outpatient medical records were imported into Excel to make original data.A total of205 outpatient medical records were screened.Organize the information contained in the original data and establish Excel tables respectively.Then,data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules and systematic clustering were used to mine and analyze the sorted basic information,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse patterns,syndrome types,TCM prescriptions,prescription names,five transport and six qi information,etc.Excel was used for frequency statistics,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for association rule analysis and IBM SPSSS tatistics cluster analysis.Finally,the statistical results of the data were discussed and combined with the guidance of Dr.Zhang in the follow-up experience,the "man-machine combination" induction and summary were carried out.Results:1.General information statistics: A total of 205 cases were included in this study,and the frequency of female cases was higher than that of male cases,and the age of onset was mostly young and middle-aged.Fatigue related predisposing factors are common.2.Related results of major and concurrent symptoms: the top three main headache sites were unilateral headache,total headache and occipital pain.The pain properties of swelling pain,jumping pain,stabbing pain 98% of patients have symptoms,among which poor sleep,dry mouth,fear of cold,bitter mouth and dizziness more high-frequency.3.Statistical results of tongue and pulse patterns: tongue and pulse patterns are characterized by many kinds and complex numbers.Among the tongue colors,light red tongue and blood stasis tongue colors are the most.The frequency of tongue was the highest,and the tongue coating was mainly composed of thin moss.The pulse appeared more in the vein strings.The general condition of tongue and pulse reflects the superficial location of the disease,and the pathological factors are mostly related to blood stasis,phlegm dampness and body deficiency.Many intermixed with the embodiment of virtual heat,and further into the trend of heat.4.Statistics of syndrome types and prescription names: In this study,the syndrome of adverse qi and Shaoyang disease was mainly dialectic,and the prescription of Xiaobupleurum decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and pueraria decoction were mainly used as the base.5.TCM statistics: the top five TCM with the highest frequency were processed licorice,rhizoma corydalis,bupleurum,ginger and cassia twig.The overall TCM flavor was mainly mild,sweet and bitter,and the top three were spleen meridian,lung meridian and liver meridian.The high frequency of TCM was supplementing deficiency,relieving surface and promoting blood circulation.6.Statistics of five fortunes and six movements: In the statistics of annual movements,the frequency of excessive water movement is the highest.Sitian Qi and the zaiquan qi are characterized by Shaoyang phase.Fire Sitian and jue Yin Fengmu zaiquan is most frequent.7.Association rule statistics: In the drug association,there were two drug combinations in the front and back items,including safflower with ligusticum Chuanxiong,peach kernel with bupleurum bupleurum,scutellaria scutellaria with bupleurum bupleurum,etc.The compatibility of the three traditional Chinese medicines in the front and back items was peach kernel and safflower with ligusticum Chuanxiong,radix pinellia and ginger with bupleurum bupleurum,radix scutellaria scutellaria and radix pinellia with bupleurum etc.External drug association,drug symptoms associated with dizziness and fear of cold with cassia branch,unilateral headache with bupleurum,etc.,drugs and five foryunes six qi external association with wood foryunes too much bupleurum,wood foryunes can not use corydalis etc.The main disease associated with bitter mouth and fear of cold dry mouth,bitter mouth dry mouth association,luck and symptoms associated with the unearthed foryunes too much and sleep poor association.8.Cluster analysis: symptom cluster analysis results in symptoms 1:headache,dizziness,fear of wind,fear of cold,dry mouth,bitter mouth,sweating.Symptom 2: headache,loose stool,limb numbness,poor sleep,nausea.Traditional Chinese medicine cluster analysis:Rehmannia,safflower,ligusticum Chuanxiong,red peony root,peach kernel,Fructus aurantii,Angelica sinensis.Core drug combination two: Atractylodes,Qingpi,Poria,schisandra,ophiopogon ophiopogon.Core drug combination three: Paeony,pueraria rhizome,achypeca papaya,Fu Shen,Gastrodia elata,parsnip.Core drug combination four: Angelica Dahuricae,Xinyi,Rhizoma corydalis,Scutellaria,Radix pinelliae,Bupleurum,ginger,jujube,ginseng.Core drug combination five: cassia twig,dried ginger,oyster,asarum,Coptidis,aconite,codonopsis.9.Factor analysis: Drugs contained in common factors are reflected in the core drug combinations in the statistical results of cluster analysis,and common factors are basically consistent with the results of cluster analysis after extraction.Conclusion: Based on the statistical mining and analysis of 205 outpatient medical records,it is found that in this study,headache can be seen in all six channels,but mostly manifested by Sun and Shaoyang channels.Director Yan Zhang is dialectic and flexible.In the dialectic of primary headache,she is based on the eight-dimension dialectics,closely combines the six channels dialectics and the Zang-fu organs dialectics,and pays attention to the balance between Yin and Yang.Yan Zhang director of treatment for this,in the grasp of the disease at the same time pay attention to the details of the change.They attach importance to the classics,but do not like to copy the classics.They pay more attention to the understanding of the classics,flexibly apply the thoughts of the five Yun and six Qi to interpret the classics,and respond to the changing diseases with the unchanged medical theory.
